All right I guess I have to explain this now Charlie was killed outside of fredbear's family diner in revenge for Henry's creation (fredbear) killing william's son then William couldn't control himself. killing children to shut down the restaurants that Henry opened without him because eventually Henry found out that William did kill Charlie and kicked William out of the company permanently so it would never happen again but it was Williams idea to open the freddys restaurant in the first place so William went on a revenge spree against Henry to get all the restaurants that he opened shut down
