Dude just make sure you’re potassium is 3x higher than sodium. Eat soduim to and extent , drink lots of water , and eat massive potassium plus eat in a slight calorie deficit . No need to kill yourself my face is still slim
My genetics just make it so the majority of my fat goes to other parts of my body besides my face. My sister jokes that she took the double chin gene from me so I can thank her for it lol.
