I am non-resident. We bought a house in Germany. We have a video on buying a house but does not show documents. Previous owner was non-resident. He took care of everything. Very easy, no hiccups.
That house we rented was very nice. Our rent was 1,800 euros a month. There's extra expenses on Chimney sweep - 25 euros a month, double parking fee - 70 euros a month. When we left, rent went up to 2,000 euros a month
