I see some aspects you could fix.
First, the background has barely if not any lighting at all, the character movements are dull and lifeless, try to study character movements so you could give them more life, try looking at some cartoons, they may help. And the one thing I've feared would come true...over using/early use of Beast Bendy. I know you may want to finish an animation so you can work on a new project but that doesn't give you any artistic flare, as someone who is constently trying to learn tradional art and animation, I do know the key points and wish you may include them. You can ignore this or use it, it's up to you as an artist.
John Eskidjian SFM can’t handle all the lights in it so I’ve done the best I can. And the character movements are such a pain for me but I’m getting better at it throughout this video and I’ve just used Beast Bendy twice so far with the next part being the end. This is my first bendy animation after chapter 5 so I wanted to use him at one point
@@LordIrratikor thanks for reminding me that SFM can't handle a ton of stuff...and yes I do know you used beast Bendy twice but if this is the beginning then save the grand demon for the end. Character animation is a tough thing in 3D, don't get me wrong, I probably can't move a human right, which is why I prefer 2D/traditional animation better, more.movement and flexibility in my hands. So I should at least give effort where effort is due (I got no animations in my channel but hopefully I can get out something soon.)
