I'm taking notes. Most of these I have already, so I'm nearly all prepped! Thanks.

I could add water and fuel filter wrenches, a 10x10 tarp, a bucket and a side note on the air compressor make sure it has enough psi to pump your tires up. I carry a torque multiplier, but that is one of the tools you hope you never need.

Those are all great additions to the list in the video. Thanks for making that contribution!

Good idea. Thanks for mentioning that!

I recently found a Shark Bite kit of connectors & termination fittings. The crimping tool can be tough to get into some places.

I have a small toolbox with mostly multi purpose tools that can do several lite duty tasks, weight is about 30 lbs, if it’s a big repair on the road I stop at either a hardware or auto parts store, if it’s structural I can take the camper off the truck and go get materials to temporary fix it. Great video and informative, 👍🏻

I own 4 caulk guns because I kept forgetting to put one in the coach. Good to see it on your list.

Hi Jerry. I know what you mean. It seems like I keep getting caulking guns but can never find them when they are needed. Oh well, at least they aren't very expensive, right?

Great informative video Dwayne. That's a good selection for starting with.

If it was up to me I'd have a huge mechanics toolbox along with me filled to the rafters with tools. :-) But it's too much weight and space. So what I mentioned in the video is good for most situations you encounter with an RV, and it isn't too bulky either. But some RVers may need to pare the list down even further if space and weight is at a premium in their rig. Thanks for watching and leaving a nice comment!

@@RVInspectionAndCare same here, I enjoy working on my motorcoach most of the time.

A multi-meter; also remember that even if you don't know how to use them all; often times someone will stop and try to help that will know how but if you don't have the tools they can't help.

Hi David. I think I mentioned the multi-meter in the video. But you have a great point about having the right tools on hand so that someone helping you with a task has what they need to get the job done. Thanks for pointing that out!

Great information. Not sure about the aluminum ladder, The will bend easily, I think fiberglass is better. A lot stronger. Thanks Don

My Gorilla aluminum step ladder holds up to 300 lbs. and I have always felt safe on it. But fiberglass is a good option too. The main thing is to keep the weight down as much as you can. Thanks for the suggestion Don!

Somehow my wife wasn't pleased when I told her I needed to go out and pick up a stripper for the RV.
