- Two teenagers are in custody Tuesday for a terrifying shooting at an American Canyon gas station. Police say it started with an altercation and ended with three people wounded. Jodi Hernandez reports.

We bought a new house in A.C. in 2004 knowing that the ghetto of Vallejo was just down the road, since that time it seems the slow viral infection of the lowest form of humans has been moving this direction with predictable results. Since Covid it's become worse and now it's time to reevaluate staying, not just in A.C. but California as well.

Yes, you do have gangs there. If you have gangs down the road, you have gangs there. That's what gang violence does when it's not properly checked. It starts to radiate outward and affect anywhere gang members go. It may not be as bad there as down the road, but these types of confrontations are exactly how most gun violence goes down, and in 8 out of 10 cases an incident like this is gang related.

I live right where it happened and the lady is absolutely right. It's literally a 5-minute drive from American canyon where there is absolutely no crime and the middle of Vallejo where it's a cesspool.

You mean legally? It's already against the law for minors to possess firearms, even in California..
Something like 80 - 90% of firearms that are acquired by criminals are originally purchased legally via a gun store. Criminals get someone else to buy the gun for them - that person gives the criminal the gun and then reports it stolen (this is called a 'straw purchase'), or the criminals just steal the guns from someone who bought them legally.
@@bigfornoreason1 Stray purchases of firearms for another person are felonies already. The purchaser, if convicted goes to prison. Plus lock your firearms in a gun safe at home and don't leave firearms in your autos. Common sense.

This happened at the Safeway store and gas station I go to. A bit of Vallejo spilling over into American Canyon unfortunately.
A little of my story , I’m from sac, working in Napa that day . I was meeting with my family in six flags to drive back home together. As I’m at the red light going west at the Safeway intersection all this happened. Geez, this was crazy !
