how to start slow speed diesel engine

Huge 3,4 Liter slow Speed Diesel Engine test on the site. This engine is from India. The single cylinder engine has direct injection, 7.5 HP @ 500 RPM only.
Displacement 3,4 liters, 207 cubic inches.
Bore 155 mm, stroke 177.8 mm. Aluminium piston.
Weight 550 kg, 1212 lb.
Will drive a water pump parallel. We mounted the engine on a Hard Rock. The weight of the Rock 100 kg.
