Why would someone risk 700m in coins? 700m in gear increases your Stats, while 700m in coins just increases your stress level lmao
So Framed would agree to fight him. Even if you have far superior build and gear for the matchup, it is still very easy to die to gmaul stack on a relatively low level account(like Framed acknowledged himself).
700m risk vs 18m risk is just not worth it, because you'll lose money even if you win 95% of the time
