These children are a business case for homeschooling honestly! They think so freely and clearly and are clearly so intelligent. Their parents are doing such a great job with them. Beautiful family.

This was an EXCELLENT interview. Anna you asked great questions that elicited great responses. I observed that mom was very confident in the children she and her husband are raising, because she didn't try to speak for them. She knew they could handle themselves, even with complex questions. I also noticed that the kids' thoughtful answers were directly related to who's teaching them. The way they moved their hands to emphasize a point and their calm demeanor are all directly related to the energy their parents are giving. I wish them all a bright future. Keep up the good work Anna!

What a brilliant, beautiful and charming FAMILY! The intelligence and character of the kids has a certain WOW factor to it. With Black Diasporan folk like this combining forces with our African brothers and sisters back home, the future of Ghana (and Africa, in general) is in good hands. 💪🏾♥️🖤💚💛

I totally agree we need to shut up and stop these immature bigoted comments when our brothers and sisters are coming home and that they are so called light skinned or mixed race because at the end of the day they are Africans no matter what.
Our people in Ghana are so immature whenever they see our brothers and sisters that are so called light skinned or mixed, they automatically y label them as white.
Abena big up to you and your friends.
Accra is one of my favourites cites along with Timbuktu and Addis Ababa.
Their children are so bright and beautiful too.
They are an African family no matter what I see them as our African family from the Caribbean.

Well, that is when the lack of education is highlighted there. Are the school age children educators qualified and who is writing the curriculum? Must stop the cycle of ignorance and promote enlightenment.

It's not always about skin colour though. I'm very dark skinned and when I went to visit my family in Ghana for the first time I was teased for my western mannerisms. My grandmother even told my mother she raised a white child.

Very smart and well spoken children. I have a light complexion as well and have been in a relationship with a dark skin Ghanaian. His family and friends would call me obroni or half-cast and I had to correct them as well about those terms. Unfortunately, it is very degrading and many people are not schooled about the use of those words.

    MOSTLY
They're Garbages Thrown Into The Seas By Ships On The High Sea,
That Will Definitely Find Its Way Inland, That Is On The Beach

@Malaki, Yes they are an Amazing, Brilliant, Beautiful, Charming Family. I Adoree Them.
Anna, thankfully my family didn't experience runny stomach. We loved the food and daily sunshine. We drank Aqua Bella and we felt healthier than in USA.
Obroni business is a sad situation in Ghana, or Oyinbo in Nigeria because its separatist and it marks the homecoming as Outsiders. Please Embrace Us oo, Don't Differentiate.
I had an effective mosquito spray from the jungles of Costa Rica. It was a mix of essential oils... Citronella, Lavender, Lemongrass, Tea Tree Oil. I would mix them with a carrier oil like grapeseed oil & rub it on skin. Also herbs & flowers can be grown around home and in garden that repel mosquitoes and crawlers... Mint, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Lavender, Citronella, Lemongrass, Garlic, Onions, etc.
