I agree with number 1 since in combat you actually have to think who you're going to attack next and plan out a strategy especially against thugs with knife shields etc and the assassins.

@@miguelpereirasilva7662 yeah I know like what’s he talking about I just punch them and I’m not even sure who I’m attacking I just spam and I can easily no damage large groups. It’s a very reactionary game

Thanks for the Tips. Wow! You a really good at this game! Over 200 Combo!!😱😱😱!! Daaaaammm! I am Impressed!! You should do more Tutorias, but concentrated on Thugs with Shields, With Electric Sticks, Guns, & the Big Brutes! But facing them individually so that people can understand better?? How to disarm them to, & tell everybody that you have to Upgrade Certain Technology like the Disarm, Shield Break, & Bat Claw take down. Thank you. 😉👍

Dude, that fight in the variation section of your video was insane! 297 combo!!🤯 The highest combo I ever got in these Batman games was maybe 60 lol. I just started playing this a couple of days ago and it's making me look like an armature sometimes. OAN: Are you Miles Morales?? I swear that's who you voice reminds me of. Thanks for the tips

After years and years of playing on easy mode batman arkham knight and cod bo1 encouraged me to play on normal because i felt like a noob no matter how many games i play
Just rinsed through first 2 games on hard on arkham night now but I'm lucky if get combo over 60 lol need to up my game for the fatty scores

For things like multi ground takedowns and disarm move, why doesn’t it let me do the move even tho I press the buttons correctly and have the meter full?

Very nice video, thanks. I have a possibly stupid question though : it seems like you are switching (cycling ?) between gadgets without opening the gadget wheel, how do you do that ? I've just started the game and so far I find the switching between one gadget and another in the middle of combat really tedious and therefore barely use gadgets 😥🤷

It's called quick fire gadgets. The game should let you know.
@@Blaze72sH I admit I suck at video games and Arkham Knight being my first game of the franchise (yes, I should have played the previous games before) I was a bit overwhelmed by all the systems.
I now finished the game and I'm ashamed to say that it is only late in the game that I realized how you could use gadgets in combat 😂
For my defense : I don't think there was a tutorial for that aspect of the game ;-)
@@vince4863 there technically was, but it's hard to notice. It appears somewhere at the bottom of the screen with no highlights, so it's easy to miss. Hovering over the gadget wheel and looking at your move set will also tell you these tricks. You van also just watch a tutorial on CZcams haha
Bro how to break shield and shock stick from the enemies ? And how to kill the shock person with catwoman the shock enemy not the enemy with shock torch ?
If ur using xbox controller press this button when ur nearby shield thugs >( B+A,A) this will triggered the cutscene where u jumping and counter that annoying shield pussy...after that continue whatever combo u want but for me i will completely not wasting my time using combo on single threat by pressing X multiple times to shut em down...😂😂
ok so for the shield break if youre on xbox do X+Y when combo meter is full and for the shock enemies you have to pull them with the bat claw or with whip from catwoman
My issue is that I want to hit the blue riddler bit and I the red one ACROSS the map

I quit playing this game after I beat it on Normal and then started playing New game + and they force you to play on Knightmare. No option so I dont play. The gamer should have the choice how they want to play!

i’ve played both of the new spiderman games which have very similar combat mechanics to the arkham games. im excited to use these tips and see if playing the spiderman games can help me with the combat.
Nope
Spiderman also uses the same free flow formula but they are quite different when we get into the details. Spiderman doesn't have quickfire gadgets. You have to open the quick selection wheel to access the gadgets.
how do i do like combo move for example if i have to press square then X i press them but they dont do any thing

How do I beat them road block things were they have all guns I can’t defeat them all
Smoke pellet and get the disarm skill one of the last combat skills it takes 8 points to get
get Fear multi takedown x5 it lets you take down 5 enemies at once and get as the other guy said weapon disarm
use Disruptor gadget before you jump in and start fighting, disable their guns and gun crates with it, then bash them.
