Can a black jack dealer do this as well? At Red Rock in Vegas the dealers hold the deck in hand in air and deal. Whats your advice to prevent this? What do we ask/demand at blackjack tables?
A blackjack dealer relies on tips from winning players. There'd be no reason to cheat you!
And this my friends is why you should be very careful playing private games with moderate-high stakes. Losing full to quads is pretty rare, I would definitely be suspicious after that.

But can you stack for multiple players to ensure that others go big and lose? Example: one gets 4 of a kind, but loses to a straight flush? I seriously doubt it...

why dont they deal from a box like blackjack. a box isnt impossible to cheat but less likely
K5o may fold preflop. Players will be alert if too many weird hands happened and stop playing. Anyway it proves my suspect: dealer can cheat even in Hold’em.
And a potential flush on the turn to get a heart player excited to win big but will lose

That's cool but nobody was calling anything. You do is give your buddy the four queens but your other enemy needs to have Kings full or something. Or a flush. Having a good hand in poker is only half a problem. The other half is having somebody who has the second best hand

Casino poker dealers are not going to cheat. Period. Poker dealers make a ton of money and don't need to jeopardize their career. You do realize that the skill level that Jason possesses is not going to be imitated by a poker dealer?

They've already found gaffed shuffle machines that add a stock of cards. Remember, you're not the expert here.
a machine may shuffle the cards but the dealer still has the entire deck in their hands.

Casino would never let their clients go home with big money. They just pick a few people randomly/friends to attract other clients to test their “luck”.

At first they will deal the poor guy good then as they go on they will provoke them then keep winning from then.

I was a World Series of Poker dealer 21 years. What do you think the odds are of running into a mechanic so good at cheating that he's at your table? How many casinos have poker tables? Let's say there's only 100 casinos with only 30 tables. It's 2,999 to 1 that a GOOD ENOUGH card dealer is dealing at your table. Don't forget, if the cheating dealer is at your table, he'll only be there for 30 minutes, AND his cheating partner ALSO has to be at your table, AND you have to be in the particular hand against this opponent!!
A home game is where you'd have to worry about being cheated.
So I never want to play a card game at any casino ever.
While live poker might have a dealer that’s cheating, every other casino game on the floor is fixed all of the time.
