Luckily that has been a once every 2 years problem. We don't see Lizards in our truck stops, some rest areas offer cucumbers.
The river running beside the roads is very pretty.
We have guys on their Harley's going for Sunday rides up a mountain near me. Gimgers Creek. Its a great ride for them. Gingers Creek has a great pub and food store that depends a lot on the bikers for business.

People used to say "Speed kills" but I say "Hesitation kills!" Never understand people not passing when they have a chance. Passing on a solid yellow and ambulance on top of that! That is plain crazy!!!
I got in line of traffic yesterday on highway from Kalispell to Lincoln Montana. Lead vehicle was pickup camper towing big boat with at least 20 vehicles behind him. The vehicle right behind him would not pass and the next vehicle wouldn't pass both and nobody was leaving room between for anyone else to pass! We decided to make rest stop at a tiny town to let them get farther up the road. I don't understand the people that don't realize they are supposed to pull over if 10 vehicles are behind you.
I usually just stop at forest service camp ground and take a break. I am retired and don't really have to be anywhere at any set time.
Yea, it's so easy to just pull over and let people go.
