- Join us to check out Ontario's premier aquascaping store, Planted Aquaria! Tom and My-Tran's family run store is located in Toronto, Canada, and specialises in planted and nano tanks. They keep a variety of rare fish species and small plants, which we don't normally see in Australia.

By far best online store would like to go in person one day
Props to them for DIYing so many things and keeping the store at such great condition. Some of the best stores from where I am from wouldn't even filtrate the betta tanks like they do. Awesome store and respectable passion for this hobby !

That’s my store! I mean the store I go to exclusively for my plants and fish. I’ve been going there since not long after they opened. The big, little guy wasn’t born yet I don’t think. I’m going to be there next week for some supplies.
Fantastic store. So far superior than any box store. Fantastic to see Mai Tran. Haven’t seen her since she had the newest baby.

Hi Kaity, welcome to Ontario. You did find a gem of a store. I live getting plants from there. Some other LFS you should also check out are Finatic’s in Misssissauga, Aqua Pets and Topick Aquarium in Markham. You like cichlids, Finatic’s is the place. You like rare stuff the other 2 have some awesome fish as well. These 4 stores are my go to places. Enjoy your stay

Nice Shop. Here in Germany, or Central Europe in general, we can order almost everything. And compared to Australia, for moderate prices.
Omg!! if I knew you were coming Id love to have shook your hand and thanked you for sparking my interest in getting back into hobby after 30 years...had a stroke 4 years ago...so Im in and waiting on Waterbox...you are growing into a fine smart young lady,and now looking into a parrotlet,never even knew they existed,Layla is a cutey pie..this vid was sooo informative on a great couple and store I joined and will be buying all my plants from them,well done kiddo!

Awesome video! Those have got to be some of the best condition aquatics store aquariums i've ever seen! The water is spotless, and the fish and plants all look like they're in excellent condition! Would definitely have to visit there if I ever go to Canada! You'll certainly have to go back next year and build a nano aquascape with them, those scapes were really well done!

Beautiful store, presentation is everything and they have nailed it. Sometimes visiting stores with such beautifully scaped and clean tanks gives me anxiety that my own tanks are ugly/dirty by comparison :)
Not sure how many more collabs you have planned in Canada but would be great to see a visit sometime to Quebec Cichlides, Rochelles videos were one of the first things that drew me to african cichlids and then found your channel.

hi what is the name of the rack shelves?
no way the pea puffer cost that much!
depends on location. some fish can be rare in some locations while in others they are invasive species you can fish out of the local creek.
@@ChrisWijtmans well, in my country. pea puffer cost around 4USD for 5..
@@Danitang that would be 10USD a piece here. Even for a shrimp they want 2USD a piece.
