With my one, there is a white noise sound when the device is turned on. This comes through on video recordings. Was that your experience? I'm wondering if the one I have is faulty or it's supposed to be like that.
You will get some digital noise when shooting in lower lit environments due to the small and compact design. That being said I can still identify the subject I am looking out when using the PowerShot Zoom.
This would be perfect for Sasquatch or Dogman proof. I am very impressed with the stabilization. Thank you for showing this little gadget!
Our pleasure!
An interesting product for sure. Hmm.
How long does the battery last?
How much does it cost? It would be a good companion on a wildlife shoot.

Can this Device burn date and timestamp into the film?
No.
What's the maximum optical zoom on it?
It has a step zoom system, so optically it will be either 100mm or 400mm, then the next step is a digital crop to 800mm.
