I don't know if Brad reads the comments, but if he does: Brad, never stop tormenting Andrew. Question everything he does when he least wants it, be as smarmy as legally available to you. It fills me with joy.
He does and he won't.
kek.
Your joy is why I'll continue with all that I am.

Brad is a precious part of this channel and we all value his contribution.
Alvin just chilling there and drinking straight from a bottle of Moet is an entire mood
"Nobody wants a fatty bolognese"
"Ill take it" *long pull from bottle*
@@cartersonnenberg8034 While his eyebrows say "feel free to judge me, I don't care"

Absolute baller move lol
Alvin gave off big "wine uncle" vibes in this episode.
"I'd still gleefully eat any one of you." What a true compliment. I mean, honestly. There aren't many people I'd be willing to eat, and here he is, surrounded by all his favorites.
That is my new favorite comment on youtube. Thank you
I think about this comment every day
Brad: "you ever had meat-ghetti with ONE spagg-ball before?"
Andrew: *"the ability to talk doesn't make you intelligent"*
Binging With Babish: Calm, professional, knows exactly what he's doing, doesn't even raise his voice
Botched By Babish: Literally screaming becuase he handled the meat while it was too hot
If this is what he's actually like, I wouldn't want to work with him. I hope he's just exaggerating / trying way too hard to be 'funny'.
Yeah, had to quit this video half way through. This isn't the "Babish" we know and love.
@@robspiess royal "we" there, love to see it
Botched *by* Babish
@@czernodog8403 Sorry, I should have mentioned; my wife and I watch most of Andrew's videos, and we had to close our of this one after about 3 minutes.
Honestly I could watch a full hour of Andrew grabbing too hot meat, yelling "LOOK AT THE MEAT" and screaming in pain.
And biting into a steaming spag-ball.
Me too 😂😂😂😂😂
By now I've gotten used to Andrew and Brad being a hot mess in a trench coat, but I really didn't expect Alvin to drop in and just go full rich-wine-uncle with no warning whatsoever. I love all of them. This series is a gift.
The perfectly cut scream at 17:04 had me laughing uncontrollably for the entire length of the ad. Also, how’s it taste man?! How’d it taste?!
My favorite part of the whole thing.. 😂😅 scream was hilarious

After 7 months, Babish has finally found the recipe to give this bizarre alternate universe dish justice.
@@CyberKnightProbably NATHANIEL FOGA
I thought he did this one again
now i'm picturing an alternate universe where Meat-Ghetti and Spag-Balls became the dominant dish, and in that universes version of this episode of Botched, Babi is using a "functional recipe" for Spaghetti and Meatballs. man, that is... kind of wild to think about. i wonder if the alternate me is writing the alternate version of this comment...
I'm glad he's finally using an authentic recipe.
I can never see the word Bizarre the same again. Every time I read, hear, or think it I internalize

Botched is always a trainwreck...and I love it! Makes me believe that Andrew isn't just an avatar that a hipster AI created to get more humans to waste time watching cooking videos of food that they NEVER intend to make themselves. 😆
We need a botched episode on the every-meat burrito, I feel like it had potential
That episode drives me crazy, so expensive for such bad results!
@@amyroseplusone Agreed- the meats could've been done in all separate batches, etc.
It was so painful to see all that food basically go to waste.
they shoulda been cooked before they were combined, so you don't have overcooked meat mixed with undercooked meat; I don't think the visual of all the meats being ground together in the cartoon was meant to be taken literally
@@HotSauceBear I agree, and the burrito should have had more to it, really play on the over-the-top-ness
@@Indee___ The EMB had 16 types of meat, just 1oz of each adds up to a whole pound. A lot of those meats come in packages of 12oz+
Unless you have plans for using the rest of the meats then there's no way to make it _without_ being wasteful.
Just wanted to say that I love both the cleanly put together "normal" content as well as the chaotic energy of the botched series
I swear some parts of this are straight out of a kids show
What a fun vibe this series is, I'm so sad it hasn't really continued past this! Would love more episodes of Botched!!
I hope you got your wish 4 months ago
I love how Alvin was just sitting with a whole bottle of Moët
So I've just discovered that botched is the get everyone together, try to make food, and get hammered show. What an awesome recipe (no pun intended).

@Bruce Wayne hey guys, I know I’ve been acting like a real chump these past few minutes

This is the first BWB video I’ve seen since 2019 and I gotta say I absolutely love your transformation into a multi-faceted performer, Andrew. The production is at another level, your humor and candor are always amazing, and the wide shot approach to this new series is fantastic. Can’t wait to see what you got cooking next! Also, congrats on getting engaged!
you can't un-botch what is inherently botched
Isn’t that what he’s been doing in his channel when he makes the ridiculous food from shows into something more palatable?
@@Shane3599 fair point.
Babish attempted to unspag the spag and that goes against the Spag Code of Conduct
16:25 "You've executed it, with the skill of a jazz musician" is the perfect thing to have said at that time. Everyone else is holding onto the past of Italian cuisine, but meat-ghetti and spag-balls truly are about the future.

I just love how Andrew compliments his friends through cannibalism. It's a true mark of closeness.

This is my first time seeing Botched by Babish and I can honestly say that I'm very disappointed that I've been missing out on this quality content. Funniest thing I've ever seen.
Go back and watch the botched series in order of release. You see their steady decent into madness. It's wonderful!
Please watch all the previous ones! Comedy gold

I loooove how all the deodorant flaked off, falling out of your shirt and onto your kitchen floor. What a quality product! I applaud them for being plastic-free, yet jeer them for having an ineffective product within their eco-friendly packaging.
yeah i was gonna say, looked like they put a stick of feta in a plastic tube
this is pretty common when the deodorant is cold, it flakes naturally because of the ingredients in it. It doesn't change that these deodorants are really nice.

Seeing Alvin's face when he's talking is very weird. I love it.

I kind of want to see a botched episode on the ultimeatum. Mainly because I saw the deep fried burger by guga and think they could be used for the other burgers.
I keep thinking it could work if they cooked it in stages.
I'd love to see the every meat burrito redone with each meat cooked individually the way it's meant to be.. and maybe for sanity just limit it to 7 exotic meats. i've had some fantastic 5-meat fajitas before. it's easy to get chicken, beef, pork, chorizo, and shrimp to get along. that's technically only four meats..

No gupta. Only food
Kinda wana see Guga and Babish do a collaboration
Andrew and the Team:
Thank you for making me laugh genuinely. I’m a person who always tries to put on a happy face despite any kind of struggle or anxiety I’m feeling. With the world in the state of disarray it is and with division and hatred trending, you and your team of dedicated people are making an incredible impact in my life. The pure joy I get from watching your videos takes a great deal of my distress away, and for that I am extremely grateful. I hope one day to be able to ease the discomfort of others through laughter and joy as you have so excellently done. Thank you for everything.
Olan, you made my night with this. This is the kind of impact I've dreamt of making myself, and I can't thank you enough for sharing.

This episode really was a tribute to the success you can achieve when assisted by day drinking
Alvin just casually sitting there drinking wine out of the bottle, wearing an Acronym jacket just... Yeah.
This just adds to the amount of chaos that we love and deserve 🤣

Sounds like he just came over to hang out?? I would definitely choose the filming of a Botched By Babish Episode to come over and hang out. It must be so entertaining.
He has his own segment on the channel called Anime with Alvin and I think he always tapes it in Andrew's kitchen, so he might have been there that day to do just that.
Botched is my favorite service in the BCU. Andy's candid-ness, the real-time commentary, and the humor makes it perfect

Babish's Food: Gorgeous, beautiful, mouthwatering masterpieces!
Babish Himself: * Screams while holding very hot food in his thinly gloved hands *
We stan an idiot. And his equally silly crew.
the worst part? theres an easy solution to that issue aswell, wear cloth gloves under the latex ones, it's what the people who make that candy that you pull with your hands. like yes they wait a bit before the pulling but it is still hella hot (cant wait until it's cool or it will set up) so they just have cloth gloves under latex ones to mitigate the heat

Man, this is just amazingly hillarious
"Look at the meat!" *proceeds to scream in pain/agony*
Every attempt at the spagballs I've seen has involved deep frying, but my family liked to make an oven-baked "spaghetti pie" recipe that has a crust made of spaghetti tossed in an egg and parmesan mixture that I always thought could work for spagballs.
As for the meatghetti, I envisioned running a meatball mixture through one of those meat grinders that extrude into little strings.
I love spaghetti pie! I used to make it all the time for my friends who never heard of it.
Meatghetti is just Italianized Ropa Veja.
From the American Dad episode (which I just rewatched), I was fairly certain that spag-balls are meant to be simply pasta dough that hasn't been shaped into anything yet (ie, a ball of dough) that is then cooked.
And the meat-ghetti is simply ground beef from standard packaging... where it is in little ropes because that's how it came out of the grinder.
I loved the botched by Babbish series so much. I was so happy when I saw this video because I finished the whole botched by babish playlist a while ago and sad there was no new episodes. Keep taking these episodes whenever you get a chance because they are my favorite.
Can I just say I love how everyone plays off each other? Such a fun video.
I love the complete chaos that goes into these episodes. I don't know if you do this all the time or just for Botched episodes but the pure and unbridled verbal carnage that ensues with these episodes is bar none some of the best content on CZcams. If only because of the fact that it contrasts so heavily with the understated and calm preconception that we all have of your channel.
The weirdest thing about this video is Alvin sitting inside the kitchen with his winter jacket on.
It is extremely funny to me who has come back to Andrew's channel after a while that this video had moments like him chucking the spag-ball and screaming when i used to know him as a composed chef.
I want a clip of Andrew going "it's fine" and then screaming as he bites the spagball.
An excellent reaction video.
Would love to see Andrew make the pineapple upside down cake in an easy bake oven from Psych.
I would happily watch an hour-long cut of this cooking session. Botched by Babish is an incredible show and props to the team member(s) who decided shoot and edit it in this style!
That scream at the end.
Chef's kiss.
Also hot burning steam.
I love how everyone is just sitting around, throwing their two cents in. Such a fun environment :)
I respect that Alvin is drinking Moet Nectar Imperial straight out of the bottle like a boss 😎
Imagine what society would be like if this had been the spaghetti we know
wym if
long live the empire
We would be jacked af
The filling of the spagballs, especially after seeing the plastic wrap method used, makes me think of onigiri made of orzo.
... Orzogiri, if you will.
When you said “it will be too spicy to eat” I got a flashback to Disney’s ‘Pass the Plate’ where the French girl says “no that’s not a sweet pepper, that’s a spicy pepper! And if we put it in the ratatouille it will be too spicy to eat”
Anyone else? No? Ok
I just love at about the 16 min mark where everyone was like, "That's a BEAUTIFUL, Spag-Ball!" XD And everyone cheers incoherently. Comedy gold right there.
Kendall saying her favorite movie is Stardust just makes sense.
That's just a great movie, more people need to see it!

The Clase Azul just casually on the counter and Alvin sipping straight from a moet bottle is a whole vibe 👌

Love how Andy is staring off while he's talking through the mirepoix in a "im talking Kendall through this, but I'm also just talking to myself" kind of way
This was amazing. Also, the "spagballs" are very much similar to my favorite Italian street food "frittatina" which is spaghettibwrapped around fresh mozz and sauce then fried.

@@vigilantcosmicpenguin8721 it's AMAZING
I took a similar approach on the meat-ghetti with a braised flank steak but I went a different direction with the spag-balls. I used a silicone mold and mixed the spaghetti with a meatball panade. Came out super cool looking. My dish was actually very tasty as well. I certainly wouldn't make it again without cause but it was a very amusing video to shoot. Congrats again to August on the win!
