Good morning. This is perfect! Your reading will put me to sleep by the end. It's a rough night. I'm having a nerve block done in my spine in 5 short hrs and I'm quite nervous about it (which is why I'm still up at 4AM) Between this video and last night's video I should for sure get some sleep.
