    Definitely a good running boat. It’s also nice to only have two fires burning off the back this summer 💰💰

    I bet the capt of the small derrick barge appreciated those wakes! 🤣

    Nice trip! It’s good to just let the motors do the talking sometimes 👍! No music 🎶 just engines going fast.

    Has anyone ever added more freshwater capacity? 30 gallons goes really quick with our family. Thanks love your content.

      Thank you and you could add another tank. It would take a little customization but it's possible.

    Love the videos, especially the Pursuits. I have a 2022 OS-355. Do you happen to know where the downrigger wires are terminated? I see them on the breaker panel, each side terminating on a 30A breaker, but can’t locate the other end of the wire. According to the wiring diagram, they are #8 red wire #37 and #38, terminating at a deutsch connector. I can located these connectors. Thanks!

      Thank you. They can be hard to find and I have had to just run new wire before because I could track down the other side. The most common spot to find the shunted Deutsch connectors is in the bilge compartment. They are usually tied up with the other wires along the sides up high. They should be exposed somewhere next to other Deutsch connectors for other components.

      It's very random what I take for rides but if I get a chance I definitely will. 😁

    Is it good to run them hard? I'm new to running an outboard, i only have a small Robalo with 200HP

    • @JustinLeeMarine
      @JustinLeeMarine Před 2 lety +2

      It doesn't hurt them to run them in any RPM range. They are built for it. It's if you want to burn that much more fuel😊

    • @lmichael5034
      @lmichael5034 Před 2 lety

      @@JustinLeeMarine Coming from a cruiser style boat with stern drives I always ran them 3000-3500 rpm - running the Robalo 4300 is about a perfect running speed but 4800-5200 is more fun

      From what ive seen and heard its fine to run at WOT. Like Justin said they are built for it but i would recommend changing rpms every few minutes instead of constantly running at the same speed for an extended period of time especially if you are running at WOT

    I hope the owners authorized you to burn $500 worth of fuel at that WOT run.
