This tier list is actually really accurate. Hu Tao used to be a favorite of mine I even have her staff of Homa but I got bored of her and her singing and I haven't used her for over a year now. Also it makes me so happy to see the Genocidal Evil Ei on the bottom of the list ❤❤❤
