    I had the same problem with mine. From June 2019 when I got mt 2019 750 until March of 2020 I did the samething taking it apart and cleaning it just about after every ride. I got fed up in March of 2020 and purched a radiator relocation kit....best money ever spent. With the radiator up top i have never had to deep clean it like that again. I would recommend getting one. Another good video

      That's definitely something I will consider. Did you use the factory radiator when relocating? Thanks for watching and glad you liked it.

    After you spray the foam on the radiator put cardboard against the front of the radiator.. it will force the foam to go completely through the radiator fins

    I use a chemical called NU Brite. I got it on Amazon but its not on there now. I get it in a one gallon jug and put in a spray bottle and spray the radiator with it. It foams up and pushes dirt out of the fins. Use gloves, glasses and a face shield because this stuff burns if you get it on your skin. Makes my radiator look brand new again. I also take the fan off (it's pretty easy just 4 bolts) to clean both sides really well. After I use it I just spray the radiator with a hose. I have a 2020 Brute Force 750 and love watching your videos. Keep up the great work.

      Hey that's for your feedback. I saw a similar formula like what you are talking about that's blue in a gal jug I think it was same stuff. I was a bit hesitant to use it around wiring and paint. I know it def will clean it up better. Thanks again for watching.

      used to mud race, also worked on commercail ac and that stuff would take out cars and crap if you wernt careful where it goes . not good for quads. i found simple green works just as good for clay and seeds, so i started using it for both and you dont have to worry where it goes. i read some people put on side covers, i didnt want to loose rack storage doing a rad relocate either but leaving it and putting covers on helps, mine had them from kawi but they dont now

    Nu-Calgon Evap Foam No Rinse (green label) seems like it looked way better for deep cleaning. I got my new bruteforce and I've overheated twice so I'm looking at rad relocator kit my issue is mud getting thrown on the back of my rad from my tires as there is no inner fenders

  • @jwfirebird88
    @jwfirebird88 Před 3 lety +1

    i had a kawi twin that i mud raced and trailed for 12 years, they over heat bad if you do that and dont get 100 percent of the crap out of it every event, the coil cleaner worked but fades the plastic over time, so i started using simple green with the foaming tip its non caustic so you can breath it and doesnt mess up your bike. the proper way to clean and the easiest on the kawi is take the fan out and lay it to the side takes like 5 min and do it from the back and hose it out , pressure wash is never used on a quad by me it destroys everything,. when its done you shine a shop light through and look at it from the front and you should not see blocked areas

      Pulling heat from the engine as the air supply to pass through the radiators fins would be counter productive to the cooling system. Take a piece of window screen and put it on the front of the radiator. When it gets clogged just remove the screen and wash it off and put it back over the radiator.
