Turtle wow is my best private server experience ever. You should make a 60 there and check out the features. It put you back to a real classic era whit a twist. Also the community is great.

Always love any WoW video doesn't matter what server it is. I played Turtle for a lil bit it was quite nice for a pserver. Will give it a shot again with the new gfx update :D

Btw if you are serious about playing there google turtle wiki and go to the client fixes and tweaks page, those 2 modifications make this old client much smoother on modern PCs, it's literally a game changer how smoother it feels.

What is Turtle WoW?
Yes! Fantastic! Started playing on this server as well a year ago, and started as a High Elf paladin. Took a little break a few months now, but backat it now and lvl 60, good on you for playing this instead of the money grabbbing horror that has become retail
Separating out players during the launch with the pre-launch option is bad for the game long term too. The launch hype with friends is such a core part of people becoming and staying involved in the game long term, and weakening the impact of that for the sake of bonus money from a pre-launch edition is pretty short sighted. It's not the sort of thing that a company can buy from fans at any other point in the lifecycle of an expansion, there's only the launch window.

True, ever since Turtle WoW 2.0 was revealed Blizzard has taken heavy copy right claims against it. Content creators such as Asmongold have even removed videos about it to cover themselves from potential action. So I would be careful.
