    maam Please start a series of natural ancient herbs that were used thousands of years . Share your personal reedies in daily life with natural herbs because I have used ashwaganda and I am completely satisfied and it helped me alot to manage my stress level . Secondly , I heard about shilajeet that were used thousands of years by ancient YOGIS and only yogis knew the right dose and amount of shilajeet until 18 century please start new series of ancient herbs because people today do not even aware of the benefits of these herbs.
