Alaska Native Blanket Toss

During the annual Fur Rondy in Anchorage kids have an opportunity to try out the Native Blanket Toss. its hard to land on your feet. This technique was used to help spot hurts of caribou on the tundra. Fur Rondy is a couple week event that takes place in Anchorage leading up to the start of the Iditarod.
