自分が25年以上前にこの店の中華そばを食べて、こんなに美味しいラーメンがあるんだ！と感動して、それで全国の美味しいラーメン屋を探して食べ歩くようになったきっかけになったお店で、もう残り三県を残してそれ以外の県の名のあるラーメン屋さんを食べ歩きました。全国には確かにここよりも美味しいと思えるラーメンもありましたが、自分の好みもあると思いますが、ここより好きなラーメンはいまだに見つかりませんし、自分の中では日本一の中華そばだと思っています☆彡😌でも、よくここまでこの店が仕込みの撮影をさせてくれましたね！😅たぶん新しい考えを持つ三代目だからだと思います。二代目なら絶対断ると思うし、作り方等はご親族にしか教えないという考え方の人ですから、この動画を観て自分もちょっとびっくりしましたから😲

I'm always told Japanese foods doesn't use much spice and is tasteless but seeing this proves its quite the opposite. would love to try this ramen !
not sure your definition of tasteless - but many Japanese meals are prepared / served with onion, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce - and what about those radishes that are grated or the curry that seems to be so popular - granted there are many cultures that prepare spicier foods - but Japanese foods aren’t tasteless 🤔
doesnt overload with chili and spices, sure. doesn't mean bad. Tokyo has the most michelin stars in the world. almost twice as much as nr2. which is Paris. its all about perfected craft and ingredients
