Nice reno. To find baking dishes for that oven, look for toaster oven pans.
I just saw the video and was going to make this same comment - almost word for word in my mind!
I use round and square cake pans that I got at a thrift store.
Thrift shops always have stuff like that! 😃

Great example of someone taking control of their life, and choosing happiness over money. While I'm probably 20 years+ older than her, I am about to embark on the same journey in a few years. Once my son, who is now 15, graduates high school, I will be traveling and working remotely in a converted shuttle bus. She is an amazing young lady!

I like how she approached this. Buy the best RV you can afford then upgrade as you can afford it. Also that she planned ahead by working remotely. Love her RV.
Indont understand why these RV companies don't start decorating the new RV's like this. Most people renovating paint white or lite colors and make more comfortable spaces. You'd think they'd get the hint and stop always making RV's so dark and closed in. Makes sense to me.
Or at least a blend of nice woods and paint colors. Some do actually. The casita does as does the nest but those are pull along trailers.
Most rv's look like a rec room from the '70's. Yuck.

"Money is less important to me than happiness". 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 that's my motto too.
Just a word on happiness, I learned that the feeling of happiness is a reward system of the brain when it perceives that you are making progress towards valued goals. This also makes sense why achieving things (new house, car, marriage etc) doesn't produce happiness for very long after it was obtained, you actually have to keep moving forward towards more valued goals. I think this is lifechanging so I thought I would spread the word.

@@cjmatthews8636 You're welcome, I've definitely found it to be true in my life, when my life is stagnant is when I'm least happy, but when I feel like I'm progressing I feel very good. Also, it seems there are iterative goals that produce ongoing happiness, an example would be intimate connection with your partner, as long as you continually maintenance this value it seems to continue to reward you for it (My grandparents proved this point to me with their relationship). Anyways, cheers mate.

My husband just purchased that same Jackery power station for our apartment! She did a beautiful job with her RV. I love the layout, decor and the brightness.
Wow, impressed with this lovely ladies' inner compass showing her the way to her true happiness. And most importantly, her willingness to follow it. She has a beautiful mobile life and home. And sweet kitties!
When you go off grid and live simple you don't need a lot of money to survive. For me that's true freedom.
That is not true. It is very expensive to live off grid. You either buy gas for a generator, or buy or chop tons of firewood, haul water in or mug water from some creek.

I would love to do this but I can’t drive. It makes tiny life a bit more difficult, well travelling anyway.
I wish I was like her when I was that age. It is so obvious how happy she is with her life.
C F Remote working wasn’t even a thing when I was her age.
Fill up at truck stops and they give you wonderful and clean showers.
@Jane Marsee They are living the life millions of us dream about. They are making a living by sharing the world with those of who don't have the opportunity and are stuck at hum drum jobs. I applaud them for having the courage to follow their dreams. Sounds like your a bit jealous, as we all are. The world is such a big place and our life's are short. I am grateful for seeing it through this incredible couples eyes.

@Jane Marsee Please take a deep cleansing breath. It really can't be that bad; at least, I'm hoping, for your sake, it's not that bad. The young woman in the video, is working. She's just not doing it the way many of us are, in a brick and mortar building. Frankly, her lifestyle is not for me but she's enjoying it at this stage in her life and good for her. She's making money to pay for her needs and wants, to pay for any bills that arise. How is she being a vagabond, in the negative way you mean it??? Perhaps you need a nice hot shower with lavender scented or eucalyptus and spearmint scented body wash, to be followed by a lovely cup of tea or cocoa ( ya think???).

What bothers me is seeing 3 kids 5 dogs 2 parents crammed in RV or tiny homes

We have a cat that look just like Lindsey s cat. Our kitty ( Darcy) is 11 years old. Still spunky cute and playful. And still looks so pretty. Lindsey is very blessed to have her home on the road and a sweet kitty to enjoy life with.

I boondocked at this exact spot at the wall recently and it is by far one of the coolest places I've been to yet.
The bear attacks are off the hook there though. One or two a year a least. We live close to there.

Great Job on the motorhome. I hate the faux wood look in most RV's but love how you painted it out.. if you are ever near Ikea you can get a fantastic roasting pan small enough to fit that oven. (and cheap too). I bought one for our motor home then bought a second as they are so useful.
I love her setup. Going tiny and hitting the road full-time was one of the best decisions I ever made. 🙌🏽

This is a beautiful home! I think this young lady has figured out the key to happiness. And for sure money can’t buy it. You only need what you need. I love her kitties. I have one like her grey and white and my daughter has one like her white kitty. The kitties like the view! Lol. Pets really make home feel like home. I can’t wait to find our next Rv. If I we didn't already buy our shuttle bus and I love our new home I would do it Lindsey's way. She has done she a wonderful face lift on her new home! You really can't tell it was used. love everything about this . . . but . . . the mpg's. I'd always be imagining the gas sucking sound while driving down the road. But - what a gr8 layout and I love her taste.
In my area rent for a studio or 1 bdrm cheapest is 800 plus utilities. So, if you spend 800 on gas, that's a step ahead of renting plus I get to travel

i agree. i had to convert the mpg to km/l and i nearly had a heart attack when i saw the outcome. she's only getting 3,5 km per liter!!!! thats rounding UP!! and to think it was even worse before... good grief. I'd already be unhappy if i went under 15 mpg.
RVs are thirsty. That's why I decided to tow. I can unhitch and get almost twice the MPG. 😂

I spent a summer in an Airstream one summer with three cats. It's was heaven. It was also hot as hell as I was outside Cincinnati but the Airstream had air conditioning. Go for it.

RV 100% !! Off grid, wake up at the beach, or Yosemite, wherever your heart desires. I’ve had the big house. I’ve had the tiny house. I prefer RV bc all your comforts go with you. I have a cat as well. She’s loves it !
