CAPCOM VS. SNK 2: MARK OF THE MILLENIUM 2001 / MILLIONAIRE FIGHTING 2001, also known as CVS2, is a fighting game originally released by CAPCOM in the year 2001 for Arcade, Playstation 2, Dreamcast, XBOX, Game Cube and more recently, for Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam) and Playstation 4, included in Capcom Fighting Collection 2.
The game is a crossover between renowned characters from Capcom and SNK, two significant fighting game developers from the 90s, starring the main characters from their franchises, such as Street Fighter and The King of Fighters.

Yuri in this case is the short version of "Yuriko". Because the way her first name is written sounds Slavic to me (since "Yuri" is a common name in the Eastern Europe.)

I can't do yuri cho upper , I don't think i get the Oz sign (not o z but like the joystick moving in a way that looks like a z) when i try that she sometimes does a normal punch , sometimes a raioken & sometimes even jumps for some reason , can anyone help me

Yuri is Sakura's rival
If Shingo was in CVS2 he could be a rival to Sakura.
Shingo felt like a male version of Sakura.
Ryu's #1 fan came before Kyo's fanboy.
Maybe the original SNK did that as blow against Capcom because of Dan Hibiki.
