This is my FIRST REACTION to Dimash Qudaibergen, with the song "War And Peace".
This is his live performance from the Arnau Tour in Kiev, Ukraine.
This got suggested because of the whole situation in Ukraine with Russia, that's why I reacted to this version.

I believe that it is difficult to live in Eastern Europe or Asia without worrying about conflicts. Dimash is a sensitive soul and you can feel it in this performance. Dimash’s composition is striking and this song is highly relevant. Good reaction!

This song speaks about duality in every human being but it is in us to try to balance the good and evil, always put the love and respect above all. Dimash said once it is sad to see how children suffer due to the mistaken decisions of adults, that’s true. Dimash knows this very well because his own country has been through difficult times and that definitely left a mark inside of him. The song "War and Peace" in Chinese, Dimash first performed it in 2017 in China. Dimash wrote this composition based on the poems of the poet Yao Qian from Taiwan at the age of 23. The music turned out to be so powerful and corresponding to the text that it simply tears the soul apart from the pain that brings the horrors of war. Your Dimash videos are always fun to watch! ❤ I was waiting for this one. It's such a great composition by Dimash. Not only is it so relevant right now but the way he delivered the song was just spectacular. For me, the fast pace of the music beats to my anger and makes my insides want to fight, but his voice is soft and wants peace. When I play this song, I play it loud and sing jibberish along with him, cuz it's in Mandarin. I also want to scream loudly so that people can feel my frustration about war.

I should probably leave other Dears who remember better than I do off all the details but having watched many videos and read countless comments, I am under the impression that a. The suit he's wearing was given to him by Ukrainian Dears and has a cultural meaning and b. I think this composition was his thesis or essay for his university degree.

As for the song itself: everything has a meaning as all Dimash's works. The music, the lyrics (again if I remember right created under his guidance), the staging and performance. He never just sings, he always sends a clear, meaningful and powerful message. Peace and unity.

This suit jacket he's wearing was designed by him. The shirt given to him by Ukrainian Dears was white with black embroidery and was worn in the beginning of the concert. 🙂

That Frumpy Drummer keeping that beat is my favourite! Most people seem to prefer the entertaining percussionist, and to be sure he is very entertaining, but that fundamental drum beat my Mr Frumpy just really gets me each time.

This is very much the sounds you will hear from Dimash at his own concerts. He decides the music arrangement also produces the songs. His concerts have a nice rock element to them and he is very charismatic and funny. He loves to joke around with his Dears. Why not take some songs from his concerts to review, he is so much better live on a huge stage in a huge stadium. He does perform according to which country he is appearing in so all his concerts have different feels to them. He is in concert in Dubai this Friday 25th March 2022 so it will be interesting to hear this song there, I am certain he will perform it as he is so anti war. 🇺🇦🇰🇿

So on time! It's in Ukraine, fighting since 2014 in one of it's region Dombas against Russian occupants. That's why Dimash is even more emotional here. Now Russia bombs all the Ukraine. If Ukraine stands, Europe will stand. May be next "Marigolds" - a Ukrainian song, performed in this concert?
Не вводите в заблуждение. На Донбассе с 2014 года не было российских войск, а украинские войска 8 лет бомбили Донбасс, восемь лет детям этого региона приходилось прятаться по подвалам. Вся вина людей Донбасса состояла в том, что они хотели говорить на своем родном, русском, языке и не принимали нацистскую идеологию новых киевских властей. И никто в мире не хотел видеть и слышать о геноциде русских на Донбассе. А теперь украинские нацисты расплачиваются за это. Так что это не война против Украины, а приведение ее в чувство, разоружение этой страны, которую накачивали оружием страны Запада. И не надо связывать песню Димаша с нынешней ситуацией. Не Россия развязала гражданскую войну на востоке Украины, а новая киевская власть. Вы хоть видели факельные шествия на улицах Киева, где молодые люди идут с портретами военных преступников - Бандеры и Шухевича? А об убитых и сожженных нацистами людях в Одесском Доме профсоюзов 2 мая 2014 тоже ничего не слышали? И если вы считаете, что в наше время это нормально, то вы соучастники этих преступлений и на вас лежит кровь невинно убитых мирных людях, вся вина которых в том, что они не приняли новую нацистскую идеологию Украины. И не надо говорить, что мы не знаем правду. Правду не знаете вы. Имеющий глаза и уши - увидит и услышит. А вы ничего не хотите знать. Вы, господа, лицемеры. И Путин тут совсем не при чем.

Какая пропаганда, иностранец? Я простая русская пенсионерка, у которой в Донбассе живут родственники. И я не от каких-то друзей знаю о том, что происходило там все 8 лет, а из первых уст, если вам понятно это варажение. А вот Запад отравлен пропагандой. И только сейчас проснулся, когда Россия взялась за искоренение украинского нацизма. Я же сказала, что иностранцам лучше не лезть в это дело, вы все равно ничего не поймете, так как заражены русофобией. Мы же не лезем обсуждать взаимоотношения Англии с Шотландией или Испании с Каталонией, так ничего не понимаем в этом. Вот и вам не надо лезть в наши дела, а тем более распространять лживую информацию. И неважно, кто у вас числится в друзьях. Я верю своим родственникам, а не вам.
