Everyone is on the same rhythm. Drums go through the night. My daughter could barely stand up when she started feeling the drums and the rhythm i just played a video like this and she was bouncing to the beat immediately. It's in our souls. I use to pow wow from the 70's to the early 90's. Is this a newer thing to dance backwards? I was always taught go forward in the dance circle/arena.

In traditional dance you arent supposed to go backwards because it symbolizes retreating from the enemy in battle. In fancy dance it doesnt matter

It depends what you want for a regalia they can cost around 200 to 800 even to 1000 for some and could take a month or 3🤗
A lot of times they make it or have their family help. Or pieces are gifted to them.
