In this era of technology and AI we can setup a biometric device network on each sitting position such that in situation of voting or attendance checking one will just place a finger on the device which will then be organized analyzed and sent to the parliament clerk for decision making. This will eliminate impersonation like the Adwoa Safo saga because fingerprints are unique if u are absent no one can represent or vote on your behalf
