Since the show was such a great success that proves that the comments are just a very vocal minority. We can't know what is going on in the nertworks but for them to make such a decision and the show to continue being very high rated it means that what Alan said was true. Don't misunderstand me I also prefer intelligent Jake but what can we do other than just rewatch old episodes.
