Great video! Btw don't worry about holding charges so much..just know which normals will give you enough time to charge when they hit. Charge times are less than a second if that helps

im sorry but charges take about 40-50 second it takes longer in games like SF4 they shortened the time on charge time in general in SF6 and SFV making it easier to charge moves This is not good advice because with a charge character you should always be charging regardless of the situation your in whether it be on defense or offense

.SO LESS THAN A SECOND IS NEEDED TO CHARGE THE DAMN MOVE

Im master rank player with bison you should use scissor kicks for spacing then shimmy into HP its really good for whiff punishing also another good thing you can use is EX psycho crusher it covers half screen and can get to your opponent very quickly also it can go through all projectiles if you time it correctly basically using it you have to be good with reacting or jus recognizing when to use it
