The next stop of our road trip was Craters of the Moon in Idaho. We spent the day exploring a variety of volcanic features, from lava fields to craters to cinder and spatter cones.

I was really hoping to explore the lava caves, but they were closed during our stay. It was still a fun time, I highly recommend visiting!
