❤❤❤❤❤. This is the first video in which I've seen you losing your calm. You've very well expressed the anger of all the role overloaded employees❤❤❤❤❤
You are right, Sir, employee health and happiness is wealth for the organization
Long working hours are glorified and classified as hard work in most of the organizations. This is really unfortunate. World's one of the best Engineering stalwart Mr E Shreedharan famously known as metroman, who was the force behind many world class railway projects like Delhi Metro, Kokan railways has always worked 8 hours a day. He has completed all his projects in record time and those projects are studied as case studies in world's best engineering institutes including MIT , Stanford University. So let's stop glorifying long working hours as hard work, let's do focused work and deliver superior results in less time.
Bahut sahi sir, koi toh start kiya. May be a time will come when this trend would stop.
Agree 💯
Correct Sir...
Maybe, fixed pay = fixed hours. And as you pointed disorganized style of working causes late hours. Lastly sadism maybe also one of the reason.
Disorganized working, fixed pay = fixed working hours, sadist behavior can cause late work hours.
Rajan kindly don’t mind you are not an workoholic
Give me names of billionaires who take a day off
Congratulations.. you have missed the point entirely :)
Are you mentally sick?
You don’t know joy of working
