I think 9.7 in 100 is his capasity, and if all stars aligned for a perfect day, then 9,68 is possible. That's what happened with Gays 9.69 in Shianghai 🙂

But you're comparing Gay, a much faster 100m sprinter, to Lyles. Gay managed to pull off a 9.69s yes, but he was faster than Lyles, so I don't understand how you can extrapolate that Lyles might run a 9.68s...
Lyles has to show something really different for a 9.6s. 6.4s at 60m will simply not cut it, period.

Love his energy makes track exciting, they need to market him more, the sport is desperate, hopefully Michael Johnson’s gig will save it all.

Yea it feels like you’re running on a banked track
A great material but also the fact it’s set up on a street it’s less dense and more spring elevation

@@jackfarris3670welll let’s all choose peace lmao but technically yes if it’s firm enough .. and your force angle and control is correct ..it is harder to control your movement still ..hard to see in a video but the small amount of imbalance if you don’t have great stability from fire out makes a difference lol
it’s not like crazy bouncy it’s just its build and rubber allow for a better return of energy quicker than in a normal track
