Anyone with a proper mind knows that Xavi wasn’t good enough but considering the financial situation at the club having him was what we needed for the moment. Now we don’t just have to find a way to build a strong team, buy players, now we have to find a good manager too!! Yes, losing Xavi is a big loss for the club. I think it’s a good thing for him because now people can see that there’s way bigger problems at this club than Xavi

It's highly recommended and a MUST for the FC Barcelona management, coaching staff, people in FC Barcelona who are involved in the transfer-market to permanently sell, do not extend their contract, do not offer loan with buy back clause condition, recall or return players that came from another club that are currently on loan to play for FC Barcelona, including ageing (above 27 years old), inconsistent (limited playing time, unable to perform well), players that are not comfortable playing different position instead of their natural position, "ON OR BEFORE SUMMER OF JUNE 2027" including players who will turn 30 years old on that year namely Lewandowski (35), Alonso (33), Gundogan (33), Martinez (32), Romeu (32), Roberto (31), Ter Stegen (31), Cancelo (29), Lenglet (28), Christensen (27), Raphael Dias Belloli "Rapinha" (27), De Jong (26), Kounde (25), Felix (24), Garcia (23), Dest (23), Pedri (21), Balde (20), Riad (20), Valle (19).
Araujo, Gavi, Lopez, Yamal, Roque would be the future captains until 2030. While Pedri loves to play in the future in the premiere league or under the coach Luis Enrique (Spain National Football Team, and Paris Saint Germain) possibility that he will leave FC Barcelona if no UEFA CL won on the next three years. Practical thing to do now by the management is to promote consistently FC Barcelona Academy players and sign cheap and quality wingers, strikers, defensive midfielders, left back, right back and rotational. Then pay for the debts for the meantime and acquire more assets on the next 3 to 5 years even if we do not win the Spanish Super Cup, Copa Del Rey and La Liga titles.
Luis Enrique, Mikel Arteta, Jurgen Klopp, Julian Nagelsmann, Hans Flick, Thomas Tuchel are not the best coaches to manage FC Barcelona even if a few have been a player or coach or assistant coach of this club, not even the Germans would have wanted to handle this club.

Barca is back where they were before they pulled the levers except the financial hole is even deeper.
Here, wveryone used the leverage they had to get what they wanted. The manager gets to finish the season and avoid the embarrassment of getting fired, while the club saves money they couldn't afford to spend with a coach they no longer wanted.
Barca has the same two choices is had two years ago: double down or take their medicine, except that both will ba harder this time.

If it was Koeman, Valverde or Setien they would have been sacked long ago. Xavi needs to leave because he’s killed off the team with his clueless tactics. I’m glad we as fans managed to force him leave as a manager. He should leave now and not at the end of the season. FC Barcelona has financial issues that’s why we can’t go for the coach we want. But if not, he’s long gone. Xavi is finished.
