So unleash Hell if they've been violent bullies. Once they're on the ground pleading for no more, you offer them a deal. How much evidence have you collected on your narc? Do you keep track of paperwork, especially when the monster is handling all the expenses. Footage from security cameras? A good knowledge of what you're up against and how to handle it is going to be the best weapon in your arsenal. Without it, all the combat training in the world is worthless.
