isn't that crazy tiny Loma Linda is the only blue zone in America?! I'm not a vegetarian but I try to eat less meat and more veggie options when they're available. Loma Linda is a special place!
@@PeterCainRealtor It is insane! Bc the next closest one is in Costa Rica. Then the others are literally across the ocean! What are the odds that we'd have one here in America, right? Despite the "American jokes" from other countries I am glad we have this slice of paradise. Never have I ever imagined myself making a goal of trying to live to 120 years. And yes! I'd describe myself as a hyper-carnivore. I have In-n-Out 4x4s in these very veins, but I am open-minded when it comes to trying new food. I am definitely going to perfect purple potato recipes.

I am actually indulging on these as much as I can before I convert to vegetarianism (and pescatarianism lol).And man I wish I was 18 yrs old too again - just to run it back one more time! I remember my dorm and hall mates being joked about because Freshman 15 became Freshman 50 for us. The day we knew we went too far was when we checked our weights and we were all >200 lol. Back when we didn't have heart burn - yeah I miss eating whatever I want too!

Yeah I hear you on In-n-Out too! but we know it's not the healthiest, wish I could go back to being 18 years old and eat whatever I wanted haha
