i love it when these two people actually have fun playing games and testing things at the same time. it's a win win! 😂
Would hae been cool to see just the RAM upgrade first to see what that would do and then add the GPU. I like to see each upgrade individually to see what it does overall to the system. This will also help viewers to determine what upgrade path they want to do if they are on an extremely limited budget. What percentage lift in FPS for the $16 stick of 8 GB RAM? Same for the GPU.
yes. they also did the same with a previous video a while ago. They had a Ryzen 3 4300G in a prebuilt. then they said the APU is bad even though they didn't ADD another stick of RAM and even though they themselves say that APUs love MORE RAM. It's disappointing especially when you can't find benchmarks for the thing anywhere
if it was for myself, I would have gone with what you guys said and grabbed a 1650 super off used market and a matching set of ram. Used market is all over the place right now, a good time to deal hunt with patience.
Love the videos and learned so much from watching you guys. I just wanted to ask, instead of testing pc's on games only do you guys think you could include editing software in the benchmarks such as Premier Pro and DaVinci?
I DO A LOT OF EDITING AS WELL, TO MAKE MY FORTNITE MONTAGES ON DA VINCI RESOLVE. SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW IT WOULD PERFORM; ALTHOUGH I CAN ASSUME A RYZEN 3 4C|4T|@3.6ghz WOULDNT PERFORM VERY WELL IN DA VINCI
I've known nothing about PCs until I found y'all's channel and I love it. I'm actually learning stuff, AND being entertained
Time to build one now
@@TherealBlackheart i am actually, I should hopefully have all the components by February or maybe March. To be fair though I'm 15 and I don't have job so it's kinda hard to get money
if you do buy a PC, make sure it's quality parts, don't go by what you see in this video, try to get the latest MID-range parts if you can for a good gaming experience.
For real though. I've learned so much watching these guys!
I've upgraded a prebuilt PC and built my own and one thing I can say is make sure you do your research. I had to re buy several parts including a PSU, CPU, and motherboard because I didn't entirely know what I was doing yet.
My recommendation for you as a teenager would be to start with something like a Lenovo or Dell Optiplex and just replace and/or upgrade parts that you want. This is also probably the most cost effective way to do it too since a small budget of $200-$300 can get you a pretty decent PC for that price. Make sure you search for New and Refurbished parts though, Used can be a bit of a gamble and that's not something I'd risk on a first build.
Can you all do a Budget Pc build to play games like Starfield
20:43 That nearly got me.
the gpu power is never included in the afterburner stats, can you please add it helps to see headroom on old pcs with limited power
I saw an 8(6+1) pin AND another 6 pin. So I wonder if 350 Watt is the Output and how many Watts it has on the 12V rail.
That would need a lot of upgrading unless you found a way around that, used lower power gpus/the apu.
Guys! Love your content. Its fire especially for someone like me who is on a budget👍🏻 kudos love from Pakistan
Loving the consistency keep it toasty 😮😂
Mortal Kombat toasty. 😂
Personally I might have upgraded the power supply to at least 500w and then put in a GTX 980 ti 6gb.
They're very cheap on eBay especially for the performance you'd be getting considering they often outperform the RX 580 8gb.
I bought this pc, and mine came with 2 sticks of 8gb of ram. Not just the one luckily. For anyone who is looking to buy this though i have one major issue with it. The pc does not come with a wifi card, and i can't find a spot to add one. But other then that, if you have a ethernet the pc works great! For the price it's a 10/10 deal.
is your eye ok dude ? best wishes
I love when you guys ask for suggestions for games in rotation and you still stick to fps
Walmart PCs at that price point are going to come with a Pentium Gold of same variety, and likely 4GB of memory. A 10th Gen i3 would be a gigachad compared to those.
My pc has a 2200g and I’m trying to find out what I should upgrade it too
@13:00 so thats where all the parts end up when the website says "OUT OF STOCK" lol
Thinking of getting the 1650 cheap budget gpu and plays most games low to mid settings
can you guys do streaming pc build
Should I put a headsink on a m.2 gen 3 nvme ssd. I have a good case with airflow(4 fans montech air 100 lite).
Nope, not unless you will be heavy editing or data transfer, you won't need a heat sink for SSD. I have one on my gen4 because of the insane data speeds make it really hot, but only for a minute or less at any time.
Gotta say you guys looking good
Is it any good pcs and monitors on Amazon
I'd be curious to see the 1660 super, but I am actually MORE curious to see how it performs with ram only upgrade first.
I get that this channel is uploading very frequently, but it's a bummer that they rarely take the chance to benchmark after individual component upgrades and swaps
the apus almost depend on dual channel ram, so just going to two sticks on the 2200g you would have seen a bump.
doesn't come with activated Windows?
Why did you drop the shockwave at 16:49?
I missed it.
The white case PC's are sold out, but Newegg does still have black cases. Wondering how much PCBROS' videos have to do when a product they show sells out???
It's bizarre to me to still see brand new PC cases with top-mounted power supplies.
Use Vulkan on R6 it is less demanding on the cpu.
That power supply greatly saddens me, you could stick a 3050, either version, or a RX 6600 in there, but that's about as high as you can safely go. Shame it's not a 500w, that would have opened up possibilities immensely.
You guys always go with this title and the answer is always:
“Old/mediocre parts with a middling upgrade path”
Wow. This video has come at the right time. Just ordered off eBay a Lenovo V530-15ARR for £62, which is basically the same. Upgrades that I was looking to do would be to change the cpu for a Ryzen 5 3600. Upgrade ram to either 16 or 32gb. Add either a RX580 8gb or go with the 1650 Super.
Go for Rx 580
Yes, listen to this guy. Go with the 32 gb ram if you can get good speed kit for good price.@@ikram2512
A Ryzen 5 3600 should be able to handle some decently powerful GPUs if you are able to stretch your budget, especially if it's a Radeon GPU since the drivers for those are less CPU intensive than Nvidia's.
3060 will be fine with R5 3600
The 580 is a good card.
The rx5700xt is even better.
MAKE SURE when you go Ryzen that you buy FAST RAM. 3200mhz +
Ryzen likes fast RAM.
Toasty bros, did you know what a 3060 2X MSI Ventus fits in the case m, I literally installed it into the pc and it fits
That price In my country you can get 5600g with 8x2 ram, b450m, 256 ssd, a generic 700watts psu
What is it called
hello
so i know you guys covered the 2200g but what gpu would you recommend for a 3200g with a asus prime a320m-k mother 500w psu and 16 gb 2933 mhz ram ?
3200g is just slightly better because its clocked a little higher on the cpu and vega gpu, at around 14:08 in the video they said if you were to get a used gpu then maybe a 1660 super. Since its a 4 core 4 thread I wouldn't go any higher than that. With that in mind, get the best gpu, up to a 1660 super, that fits within your budget. If you want a new gpu then I don't know.
do you guys think this pc is good enough just for streaming no gaming
That's got potential down the line for not much cash. A 1660 ($100) and ryzen 5 2600 (40) would improve it no end.
if youre gonna replace the cpu and gpu then just build the entire thing yourself
@dany.2431 read the comment. Potential down the line, it has potential in the future for upgrades
You guys should make videos on other tech. Such as steam deck or asus rog ally or lenovo go. Every day gaming pc lol
just stick a budget gpu in it and it'll run games fine
Could I switch cpu with rysen 7
Could a rx 580 eork with a 350 power supply????
Honey wake up, a new ToastyBros' video just dropped 🔥🔥🔥
why not try a build with 2 Cores and 4 thread processors - and ways how to maximize its performance 😊
I appreciate you guys reviewing these very reasonably priced pieces of hardware, but it seems like every time you call attention to these deals, they sell out in minutes.
what cpu could be the max upgrade for that a320 motherboard and 350w psu?
AFAIK you can even use Ryzen 7 5800X3D (and beyond) but I don't think the PSU can support it especially when you need to add a dedicated GPU too
bought this pc and it does not turn on pls help
For rocket league im genuinely surprised i have a fixed cpu and it is an old celeron on windows 11 and it runs games without any bottlenecking
Not too bad, kinda digging the PS1 Rocket League...
How dose it handle cod
Would a MINISFORUM UM480 XT Mini PC with a Ryzen7 4800H, 16GB DDR4, 512GB PCIe SSD,2.5 G RJ45, 6 x USB Ports, 3 - 4K Displays and Windows 11 for $247 be a better deal if you werent planning on adding a video card?
100% yes, but then this channel is so focused on gamingit doesnt really make sense, unless you were asking for yourself.
@@jamielm From what I’ve read, the 780M graphics in the newest mini PCs can play just about any game. Not at 1440, but at 1080 on med settings. I was just more curious if anyone had one of them. I just built a new PC, but I’d still like to have a mini, if I were to go to a friends house to play.
I would have gone to 32 gigs of RAM and change the processor to a Ryzen 3700x added the 6600 graphics card and upgraded the power supply to 800 watt
"Budget" 🤦♂️
As someone who comes from GT 740 and Pentium g4600 and bought Ryzen 2200g runs better and efficient than my first pc.
actually, if i had bought that pc myself, i would upgraded RAM to a matching 3000 mhz 16 or 32 GB ram Kit, 2200G doesn't like 3200Mhz ram. PSU for a better gpu path and more Storage and finally a GPU maybe not a 1650 but a 6600XT or 6650XT
What about the AliExpress rx “ 580 “ $60 instead of $150 of the 1650. That would lower the price of the whole build by $100.
RX580 is better value hands down. I've over clocked my RX580 to almost 5700xt performance. 💪
Yeah definitely go with that
I love your videos but my frined is looking for a $500 pc whats the best one for the money?
Where are you located?

Yall the best
Of course, it's out of stock.
Bros aim is brazyy
Guys when you find these great deals it would be great to ACTUALLY buy one.
bro those bots u go up agianst in fortnite is so funny llol
Everytime I want a deal on a laptop I think I could build it for half the price. I don't "need" it to be portable. honestly.
If it was a higher wattage PSU and 2 ram slots i would say its worth it.
For a pc at this price in my opinion it’s a good buy for only having to buy a single stick of 8gb ram and a cheaper gpu
Better eat those Chick Fill A before making the video is a good thing, Love Toasty Bros
You guys never use woot but they have way better deals and options than you show. Please at least showcase them once cuz I use them all the time
hey ive been going true ur videos and ive been looking for a pc that can run fornite on 160 fps but doesnt cost alot if u can make a video on that that would be amazing. btw i love ur videos good luck
A used 2060 would be a better upgrade I think.
I need a pc that can run gta rp and cod warzone at a good price can you point me I. The right direction ???
What I like about this PC is that it has a standard PSU and connectors. You can upgrade the CPU, PSU, GPU, ram. I'm not sure what CPUs are able to run on a A320 but it should be able to use a 3600. It's the first 2200g I've seen tested in a longtime. I think one limitation is the maximum vram option being 2gb. 2gb vram with 6gb system ram isn't alot to play with. Also Vega would run best if you bought a 16gb 3200ghz cl16 kit instead of mixed ram sticks running at minimum GHz. You are quite limited on GPU options with only a 350w PSU too so the 1650 is a good option there. Was a great video that shows a cheap system you can buy for very little money then upgrade over time as you have the money to do so.
about to build my first pc any advice?
First figure out your budget. Then choose a motherboard that has an upgrade path. Picking the CPU can be based on what games you'll play. Decide between DDR4 or DDR5 RAM. Then comes the GPU. There are a lot of options again depending on what games you play and what kind of performance you expect. The case, PSU, and storage can be after choosing the other parts. You can always look up videos on building a PC to get ideas.
@@BREEZYM6015 I already have all the parts I'm just waiting on the motherboard to come
Can’t wait for them to resell it for 500$ on their store
And that's what they always do!
Last, boom, hash brown new trend
just a question
does this run fortnite at high settings
Definitely not
If 3050 and arc a750 are same price..which one should take for graphics design and 3d animation works.Which will perform better in adobe sofware?
Thanks.
3:34 That's what she said
"Only 259$" lmao, that's quite literally the worst price to performance build I've seen in a while
I’m buying one of pcbros pcs❤
It’s already sold out
a win is a win
if you were selling this gaming pc I might've just bought it.
Bout what I'm hoping to sell my i7 6700 gtx 970 pc for lol
Nice emulation machine and film player and older games
should've chosen a RX580
APU & Ryzen G series automatically have half the cache of just a CPU.
I dont think the APU/G series of CPU's is a good choice. The graphics they provide are worse than even the budget cards say like a 1050ti etc.
People would be better to forgo instant gratification and get back to saving a little longer for something better.
Can u guys pls continue too play more rocket league on these PCs!😊
😂I have a 2nd gen AMD APU I think it’s a 2400g…. But it’s coupled to a gtx 1050ti.
150 is way more than you should pay for a 1650. Better off buying used rx580 8gb or even finding a 20 series used card.
Shadow of Tomb Raider is playable on 2200g APU!!!!!!
Good luck upgrading the PSU on the 15 L. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Since nothing is proprietary this is a good budget starter.
Ok, so on using mismatched ram, meh I'd say at least try to match speed and Cas latency. JS
First I'd hunt down another compatible stick of ram to run with the Lenovo 16gb stick.
Second I think a 2060 super would probably be the highest I'd go to start with a 2200g cpu.
The last thing I'd upgrade on this build is the cpu, right now used 5600x cpu's are selling for just over 100 used.
Beyond that unless I found someone leaving their 5800x3d build cheap I'd go AM5 and build a new/used combo
What GPU would you recommend for an i7 8700k?
@@BREEZYM6015 2070
@@BREEZYM6015 or for amd 5700xt
if you got like a 1660 or 1650 and used stretched res like 1720x1080 and put everything on low would get easily 144 fps
fps has to do with cpu not gpu people need to understand this already
but gpu deals with the rendering for the cpu so without a decent gpu your basically making your cpu do most of the work@@CHICKENmcNUGGIESMydude
