Red is a cheater he cheated the kid in grey and later that day he tryed to side on me game 1 but i aint a sucker and called judge, he had 3 warnings from judges at the end of the day the last one being from not having a card on his deck list that he ran and he should of been kicked out of the 1k but wasnt

da guy in red did cheat, he summoned a hairy dwarf with the magical kettle, so then the guy in grey summoned the bisexual three legged scarecrow, to counteract, but then the guy in red tried to say he summoned the mystical blue moustache instead, which was a lie because they were playing Canadian rules, not Italian. which means the mystical blue moustache can only be summoned two moves after the King Jazz Doobie Knight card has been faced up ontop of the Twin sisters of Queensbury and Neasden, unless ofcourse he has a Royal Jizzle card in his deck, which he would have to have declared at the beginning.

Both were silly. Red dude may have misplayed (or purposely cheated). Grey dude should've chilled and called the judge, instead of raging and causing a fuss. He picked the best way to get himself disqualified. Sucks, because he seemed to be the victim. Just got hotheaded too quickly and that turned judge opinion completely against him.
Seems like Red Guy may have done this before, knows the judges at these tournaments randomly walk around and don't see or hear everything. He just allows shit from his opponent to find out what his opponent intends to play, then quickly goes back on his word and decides to make a convenient play. Which is cheating. But because Grey Guy created a fuss, the judges will just argue with him because they assume Grey Guy didn't understand the negate effect and got angry. So they ignore Red Guy, thinking he did it right.
You should never take the bait. If someone cheats you, trust me, he will try it again. Just call a judge if you see it, engage in dialogue explain you feel like you have been tricked and ask them to watch over the match. Usually players who cheat are so focused on cheating they won't win without it... and if they then try doing it again with a judge nearby they are done.

hey there im the guy in the gray and my homeboi was the one recording. the guy in the red tried to cheat me not just out of the match that would have placed me top 4 but also out of $100 side bet for the very roach he used. the case was the i summoned dark armed to pop his field and end the game. i had summoned before the dad play to bait the roach on the field and he used the roach to negate with his last xyz material under it then when i summoned the dad he said ok i went to count my gave to remove and the guy in red picks up his gave looks and says "hmmmm i think im going to negate dark armed" i put my gave down and say what you said summon was good plus he has no material .. this guy calls judge and then take the top monster of his grave and puts it under roach i was like wow for real and the judge wouldnt listen turn out hey was on the same team working for the store that hosted the event ...cheater boil my blood.. but i wasnt going to fight the guy i was going to send him to the shadow realm he and win all the money. but i did sue cuz as you seen the guard did push me so i still won a 1k

Don't lie first of all, no one was on the same team period. Secondly as a judge if we come to the table and both players are telling us different story, the whole situation is now a he said she said scenario. When that happens judges are encouraged to replay the last play that occurred being you summoned dark armed or bring the game state back to a repairable state. You could have easily won the duel in game 3 since your oppoenent was late for the game and we gave you a game 1 win. But no you decided to act like a child and therefore resort to violence, which proceeded to you being kicked out. This happened like what 5 years ago lol, guess people cant let shit go huh?

He screwed the rules cuz he had money.
No, what the guy in red did was illegal. He made an agreement over a play and thus the guy's turn was over. Bryan (Grey) activated a special ability and then the guy in red changes his mind, which is not a legal move. Besides that the guy in red calls over a judge and then quickly takes his top graveyard monster and puts it under the XYZ as material which is 100% illegal. The judge wouldn't listen to Bryan so it seems that the judge knew the kid in red. The whole place was shady due to lack of refs and security cameras. This was a 1,000 dollar tournament after all. The only reason that Red got kicked out was because someone that was near the table and saw everything spoke up about the two illegal moves and the kid was forced to leave.
Mark Howell i honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was a work and him and that ref were gonna split if redshirt gets through it without too much heat. Something crazy to pull off, but pretty easy if you dont have too much security. cameras, and other stuff.

Ok now i play yugioh. I enjoy it a lot. And for the life of me I cannot understand why people get butthurt over a card game originally meant for kids. It just boggels the mind
play for cash then you will understand. if you put down like 5-10 ( normal game fee) and your opponent cheats and you have no way to prove it your going to get mad. also these tournaments are not cheap decks alone can cost 300-400 bucks and then the cost of travel,food, and game fees add up. spending all that then having to go home as a loser because your opponent cheated would make anyone mad.

it's in 2012 they didn't have the whole Standby phase, Main phase, Battle Phase, Main Phase 2 and the End phase. You could essentially do things whenever you want. The game has progressed alot since then

When I read the description because of miss communication the guy in gray was the one cheating so the judge was right. Let me explain, gray summons dad, and got priority to negated its own summoned first, red says ok for his opponent passing priority, to respond with negating a summoned, grey misunderstood, and thought that red was passing priority, and gray start attacking, red said wait i'm negating the summoned, and gray start freaking out, and red called a judge. If it happen like this grey summoned Dad, and gray says ok, and then red says ok, and then gray attack, and then red says wait I'm negating the summoned, and gray start freaking out, in this situation if the judge rules in favor of red the judge would be wrong. It does not matter who was right or wrong. Because of gray freakout, does not matter how the judge would have rule it, gray would have still been kick out for freaking out. This his why I don't play yugioh tournament they play to quickly so they lose track to who as priority first, even if it make no sense that you would normally not negated your own summoned, the turn player still got the priority to negated is own summoned first.

This is just one issue with card games, the fact that "officals" (since many rule sets don't require a certified judge or to) are biased because the community is so small and they almost always officiate for friends.

Although I get that the guy in red negated its summon too late I think the guy in grey reacted in a way that was a bit melodramatic. If I were playing that game then I wouldn't have minded if he didn't negate it's summon because sometimes things slip peoples mind and maybe the guy in grey didn't give the other guy a chance to negate its summon you never know.

This is actually a funny moment because I saw this shit happen live. 5:06 - Blue shirt is me.
So I helped make the Red shirts Wind-Up Deck, this was during the Wind-Up / Dark world format about 2-3 weeks into the ban list I believe. Anyways it came down to the dude in Grey summoning a monster and obviously the guy in Red had steelsworm roach summoned. He was debating on to activate effect and the guy in grey attacked.
1. Just because you summon and say attack, doesn't negate opponents chance to activate effect on summon.
2. Guy in Grey decided it would be a good idea to scream and make a huge scene threatening guy in Red which was beyond stupid.
3. Guy in Grey ended up getting removed by security because he didn't pay to get an Megacon Arm band which was required to even be at the event.
Ultimately they had a 8 way split of the $1k which the guy in Red ended up getting $125.
Also the guy in red wasn't cheating, and I don't know what the upload is saying because it doesn't make much sense. What you are currently watching is top 16, Guy in Red won which got him into top 8. Top 8 decided to split which gave everyone $125 each.
So how did the guy in red cheat against the uploader later that day? I know the guy in Red wasn't in any more tournaments because I was literally camping the "Box tournaments" with a friend and we just split every time.

He didn't. Guy in grey was just a jackass who knew he was going to lose so he started saying he was going to beat up the guy in red. Both people next to the guy in red heard him say it so when grey called a Judge because he "claimed" he didn't activate steelworn roaches effect at the right time and flipped the chair. He was removed from the tournament.
Also he wasn't even supposed to be in the tournament because he didn't pay for Megacon wrist band which is required to get to the YuGiOh site.
