Bacolod City is known as the City of Smiles. The MassKara Festival is an annual event with highlights held every 4th Sunday of October in Bacolod, Philippines. It serves as a testament to the community’s determination to overcome difficulties and adversities, aiming to lift the spirits of the locals and bring back smiles to their faces. Inspired by the colors of Egypt, vibrant hues of blue and gold are accented with pink. In shades of aqua, this festival costume is ready to samba.
