Same here I bought me a $40 acoustic guitar off of eBay and just learned how to play this. Kinda a cool feeling. I know I still have to work on it for sure but I'm pretty excited learning to play me some Hendrix

Thanks for the lesson! Been playing for a year or so now, only play acoustic so far, so it’s nice to get acoustic lessons. Some lessons on electric sometimes don’t transfer to acoustic well. Voodoo child, train coming in, red house would all be pretty sweet , don’t think I seen them on your lessons. Thanks again, and be safe

Another great lesson. I like how you folded the pentatonic into it. I've been learning the pentatonic from your other lesson but it definitely helps to have a song to use it on.

Super Easy Guitar | Lee John Blackmore Being a digital marketer myself, I advise you to up to your SEO in CZcams coz your video show up very late in the page numbers, one of the main reason I feel is the use of big and bold text you have in your thumbnail if the video and also maybe the metatags are not upto the mark. So I advise you look up the technical side of your CZcams work as I feel you should have much more views and subscriptions coz you are daym cool and amazing man! :D

With my 1931 Martin Authentic, the intro sounds better in the first position, ending on the 7th fret. After that I play your version with the bar chords.

I had a little trouble getting that Hendrix chord down smoothly, until I watched how you do it - I think you get the first three fingers in position and strum that shape a couple of times on downstrokes, (hitting the open low E as you do that), which buys you plenty of time to put the pinky down on the eight fret and then hit the full chord once on an upstroke. Right? I played it that way and it was effortless.
Yes! well spotted, that's exactly how I teach people to learn it, Practice by putting your fingers down then taking them off again with your eyes closed, obviously strumming the guitar everytime time you make the chord💪😉

It really depends on the context, whatever techniques you're using it's always to better the song, it has to be relevant to what you doing.
