In my opinion trouser should be a bit Obove the belly button so you don’t get that ugly triangle of shirt fabric when suits buttons up and it’s more comfortable
Or since I'm not gonna go bankrupt going to fancy restaurants or gambling like I'm rich I can wear normal clothes and go for a walk through the park but good advice for a wedding, a funeral or a business meeting besides that unless you wanna look like a jackass not recommended

Theres a lot wrong here, starting with lack of a bow or neck tie. The rest of it is a great reminder to always have your clothing tailored!
You do not need to have any ties if that’s your style go with it
Tie finishes the whole look and without it it just looks sloppy.
