Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to not only to celebrate the success of this video, but to also address a recurrent criticism being made in the comments. Looking back I realize how absurd it sounds saying that Jon made “a new genre”, my dumbaxx at the time didn’t know what acapella was at the time..😔 I’d like to say more so that Jon just brings something ‘different’ to the table that I hadn’t heard of beforehand listening to him. Hope this addresses some of you, THANK YOU. 999 WE’RE SO CLOOSE!✊
I'm sure someone wanted that apology but I feel like I knew what you meant. Thanks for being open about the impact his music has had on you. This vid introduced me to Jon but there are several artist who I would say helped to save my life. It feels awkward to say that but it's true for me so I appreciate how open you were with your appreciation for this artist. With love, from a fellow music lover 😊🙏🏾
Given you a sub
He does Acapella in a way that doesn't sound Acapella (like pentatonic and co does)
Thank you for making this.
He helped me out my freshman year of high school a crap ton, too!
Jon Bellion, without a doubt, sparked my interest in being an ACTIVE LISTENER to music instead of just liking a song because "it sounds nice" and getting away from industry type shit.
Definitely agree.
me too, he taught me how
that's truly beautiful, songs aren't meant to just be "skimmed over" like J says
Same same. He changed me. I didn't listen to music before him besides a couple songs a year if you can even believe that. Now I listen to hundreds of artists a year and music almost daily.
did you watch the video lmao. jon is the guy that writes songs for industry writers. his music is the most generic shit ever
I’ll never forget hearing All Time Low for the first time and going into a rabbit hole listening to his earlier albums for months straight. He is the only male artist that I want to see in concert one day
his concert is amazing! I went to my very first one, which was his, and it was the most memorable thing ever just because of his music. Also highly recommend you watch his "making of _" videos SO cool!
Hands down agreed.
@@_borjaj crazy for you to assume I haven’t watched every one 10 times already 😂
@@zeekboy98 I watch them all the time, I believe you hahaha
All time low was played on repeat when I was in intermediate in 2016,times were different
I owe Jon a lot. For igniting my love for music, listening to music, understanding music, and creating music. The Human Condition was the first album I ever listened through all the way through and it really impacted my life and helped me through tough times in my life. Though I do not listen to him nearly as much as I used to, he will always hold a special place in my heart and life.
Love it man
What gain would it be if I repeat all what you've just said again?
Cause yea, exactly the same.
I think we're just brothers from different time zones.
Same, it’s because of him I now listen to so much music. He’s been one of my top artists every year
I feel the exact same way
I started to listen to jon bellion songs 2020. And here i am 2023 still listening to his music. He is such a good artist . Love from Malawi :)
The Human Condition is always going to be one of my favourite albums of all time. Morning in America hits me so hard even after years of listening to it.
I just read on his wiki that he cowrote Ghost for Justin Bieber?? God that song got me through a lot, I can't believe it was him. I was surprised to have connected so hard to a Justin Bieber song, but it was the only thing I could listen to after my dad died last year. Incredible to know that was Jon!
The Seperation is pretty sick too
Same here. We’re secretly out of control nobody knows me and my friends all addicted to porn can’t keep a girlfriend
Whenever I’m at work, I just play Jon’s albums on repeat. He’s got such a great catalogue, and The Human Condition is genuinely my favorite album of all time. It’s just so real and really encapsulates a theme throughout his songs of what it means to be human. In “Ungrateful Eyes,” he sings “I’m trying to figure this out, but my God I’m so human.” In “Human,” he sings “I’m so sick of being human.” And in my opinion, the entirety of The Human Condition is about the failures and victories we can take from life and the comfort we have in knowing there’s a God above us who loves us no matter what.
Just got recommended this video today and saw this comment, and felt I had to add a reply.
Morning in America hits me harder the more life experience I gain
Bruh I’ve been listening to John since I was 19, I’m 25 now. Dude has the career and level of fame I want, he’s known but still unknown, never sold his soul, a Christian, an amazing artist and really cool dude. Not too many like him left in my humble opinion
Exactly same. Started at 19 years old and now 26. His music came when I just moved away from home to a new city to study. I listened to it on repeat for so long and watched all the making of movies. Truly changed my relationship to music and really made me appreciate the actual craft it is. Every now and then I get hooked on a new song and a lot of the time it turns out Jon Bellion has been part of producing the song. Actually crazy.
I grew up 15 min from Jon so all the Long Island references in his songs hit extra hard. Really hope he puts out another album at some point.
Bro that’s crazy; agreed
Did you actually know him?
@@davidwilliama.7296 I live about 5 minutes from him and ran into him a few times.. just a genuine, incredibly nice human being.
"Theres bones in my closet but you hang stuff anyway" Is so deep, i remember when i saw those videos of him making this song, i fell in love with his music. Dude is one of my greatests inspirations.
“Told myself I’m keeping my faith, if it costs me my reputation then take it, I’ll give it all away.”
The way he was listening to the universe for the lyrics and almost captured them out of the air was really amazing and quite a demonstration on what I think is a gift call clairaudience
I had “good things fall apart” on repeat for 3 years straight. Incredibly addicting song and great vocals
exactly
that's probably his most basic and bland song lol
@@OrdinaryBeastYT ok 👍
@@OrdinaryBeastYT ngl that’s probably why I like it hahaha
As some others said here in the comments, Jon Bellion was the man that got me INTO music. Up until then I'd never fully *appreciated* the nuance of songs, never really experiencing them past the surface, but Jon's music really changed something for me.
I will never forget my first time hearing All Time Low in a generic mixed playlist in 2016, liking it so much I dropped everything I was doing to see the artist and what other songs they might have made, making my way to The Human Condition and absolutely falling in love with the album. Jon became my top artist in 2017 and stayed in that position every year thus far except 2018 and 2020 (2nd place only to Juice WRLD both times, dark years those ones).
Glory Sound Prep was unbelievable for me, I fondly remember my first time listening to the album; vibing to JT, holding back tears with Stupid Deep, falling in love with the sound of Adult Swim and absolutely sobbing while listening to Mah's Joint. I bought a whole record player just for the GSP Vinyl lmfao.
Everytime I heard The Monster, Memories, Graveyard or Liar while around friends I felt compelled to slide in a "did you know Jon Bellion wrote this?". I cannot put into words how frustrating it was when one of my friends was talking about how "Justin Bieber definitely wrote 'Ghost' for Selena Gomez" while I was sitting there trying not to burst into a nerd-fit about Jon Bellion writing it for his grandma and how he wrote more than half that album 😭😭
Man I rarely ever comment and just wanted to say I like Jon's music but instead turned into a full simp sesh lmfao. Can't wait for Jon to come back and bless us with JB3! This time I'm finally old enough to go to his live concerts, after which my life will be fully complete.
Jon’s just something else, it’s crazy seeing just how many people have been touched by his music.. appreciate you sharing man.
THIS!!!!! man, it’s crazy how I listened to Ghost and I was like HOLD ON THIS IS SOME BELLION STUFF. It’s like you can literally feel when Jon is the chef. Happened with Trumpets and many other songs. I love your comment because you truly feel what I feel.
Ps: I remember listening to All Time Low on MTV (lol) and then I was watching a Twenty One Pilots concert and heard the same song when the opening artist was performing. It was Jon Bellion and the Beautiful Mind crew.
80’s films did it for me. I still cry when I listen to it because it’s so beautifully put together.
Man, I love Jon Bellion.
@@gabrielacruz3218 FR FR, I had Khalid on shuffle a few days back and came across a song he featured on by Burna Boy called Wild Dreams - the opening piano sequence sounded very much like Jon's work so I checked the credits and lo and behold, Jon was one of the producers on the track.
He really has his own unique style that I have yet to see be replicated by anyone else
I can definitely relate😭
I do the ghost rant too 😂
This video almost perfectly explains why I love Jon Bellion. His career is astonishing but, almost nobody’s heard of him. He takes care of music like the special thing that it is. Even in the song where he nearly breaks his voice (Stupid Deep) I can’t completely express how much I resonate with that song. “What if all the things I’ve done were just attempts at earning love” isn’t a new idea but, his delivery of that line adds more importance to it. I think this is how I want to be as a musician. I don’t want to be known by everyone but, I want to create music that inspires creativity and comforts people. Most importantly I just want to be heard.
I love how giddy he gets when making music. He is genuinly sharing his light, and his Inner Child seems to be very happy and is acting in a very healthy way. His joy is contagious.
"All Time Low" was the first song by Jon I heard when I paid my brother a visit from Uni, I played that song all day. I did not only listen to the rest of the tracks of the album it was from, but I also followed on all platforms to hear the latest and see his creation. The Human Condition album was one that resonated so well with me. Jon is genuinely for the CRAFT and that's what I love about him.
That was the first song I heard from him too. He has a brilliant and beautiful mind when it comes to music
Not everyone who listens to music is a true music enthusiast.... But truly, everyone who listens to Jon Bellion On purpose are true music enthusiasts, people who always seem to make an emotional connection with every line, word, beat drop, vocal and just the entire musical spectrum involved.... Hence why we come on here and look for videos that try to explain how such a gem can exist in the music space.... Because listening is not enough...🥺❤️
Jesus Christ is our savior, he died on the Cross for our sins. Putting your faith in Him is the only way to get to Heaven when you die🙏✝️
A few months back I was in the car with my girlfriend and that newer Bieber track came on the radio. Only a few bars in I said, “Jon Bellion wrote this.” She replied “They said it was Justin Bieber.” “Yeah, but Jon wrote it. I already know it.”
She looked it up for me and I was spot on. I’d never heard it before, and I honestly stopped keeping up with Jon a few years ago. His style just shines through on every track he touches.
Man changed the way I look at creating music. I haven’t made anything in years now, but this video really reminded me of that part of me that’s missing.
Had that exact moment
It’s crazy to see the progress in his life I remember going to college with Jon. Watching him go to class exhausted because he spent whole night making songs in the dorm rooms. I’m glad this video came up on my time line. Good memories.
When you brought up freshman year, I instantly connected with you. His music had the same effect on me, it felt different, REAL, it struck such a strong cord in my soul. It didn't feel like a song, it felt like a poem he was vocalizing to the world. I'm glad to see he was able to positively impact so many others.
I have been a Jon Bellion for about 5 years now. I have not found anyone that compares, if I only had to listen to one artist for the rest of my life it would be him no doubt. Jon and NF have help me trough so much in my life, and I can not thank them enough.
damn LOVE NF!
Hmmm, you’re only limiting yourself when you tell yourself no one compares to them. You just haven’t heard enough.
Check out these artists for more music that feels as true and inwardly intricate as Jon’s. Jacob Lee, The White Buffalo, Alec Benjamin, Isak Danielson, Pim Stones, Koethe, SYML, and composer Kevin Penkin. Much love.

Jon Bellion single-handedly changed my entire perspective on music, production, and songwriting. He is my inspiration in that realm. This is my senior year of high school and his music has been a staple for me this year. His music definitely has changed my life and my outlook on music.

Watching the video of Jon making guillotine transformed how I saw music production. To see someone who was so grateful and rooted in the moment was awe-inspiring. Sometimes, John's music exudes this utter fear of becoming famous which makes him so relatable to people cherish normalcy. Also his @cove city performance changed my brain chemistry, seeing him conduct a full group of artists and create a performance unique to that moment in time sends chills down my spine every time i listen to it.
To this day, Jon is still my favorite artist of all time. He’s definitely a rare gem, its crazy how I can tell when Jon worked on a song through his style of production. I wish he released his versions of the song he made. Bro is so passionate about music that it rubbed on to me and made me have a deeper connection to music.
I always felt like I had a deeper connection to music than most, its been my life line, I appreciate the little touches, the little details tend to be my favourite and celebrate anyone willing to do more than surface level despite the genre, I love all genres because there is always someone within that genre who goes the extra mile, and well, Jon... He went an extra 100 miles and dug so deep he created a whole new genre unique to himself, you can tell its a Jon song when one comes on if you know his style.
I've watched the making of series countless times cos it brings me massive joy to see Jon in such harmony with the music and musical people around him creating music that has so much substance, you can tell how much love goes in to everything him and the people he brings in to collaborate with him. In a way, Jon made my already very deep connection with music even deeper and I respect no ones creative progress more than Jon B.
Thank you for making this video, it was incredibly put together, I hope Jon does see this video, well dont mate.
Well said my man, Jon seems to be one of a kind. I appreciate the love🤝

easily my favorite artist of all time. now if he could release more music that would be lovely
As someone who has been listening to Jon Bellion for eight years straight, it's a fantastic feeling to see someone have the same passion for music just like I do. Not only that, but he cares about the craft and makes good quality music that resonates with me. For years, he has been my number one artist on my list of artists and I can't wait to see what the future holds for him. I always try and share his music with other people because he is extremely underrated. It's either people know him for All-Time Low, which is a good song, or they don't, but I think there is so much better within all the music he has released. Everything he makes is a masterpiece and for years to come, I will keep supporting and listening to his music. This guy is a legend, and I am very happy to see that other people are passionate about music just like I am, and not just him (Alicia Keys).
Thank you for making his video. I enjoyed watching the whole thing and hearing what you have to say.
absolutely same!! i’ve been a fan for a little of 9 years. i was in 4th grade going to his first concert in Chicago loll. i was so young and as soon as i discovered him, he completely changed my whole narrative on music. the love, passion, creativity and depth he has for it is so inspiring. i don’t know how my love for music would have been if it wasn’t for him.
@@lilycasanovaa Yeah I can feel that I don't know I play 7 instruments and I just can feel music I feel like differently from some people. Seems like his passion feels like the same as mine.
Jon Bellion’s the reason I wanted to learn to produce and make music. His love for the creative process is so inspiring and genuine. The Human Condition will more than likely forever be my favorite album
I miss new songs so much, but every single note he made makes me smile
I hope to meet someone from Nigeria who listens to Jon Bellion the way I do. I want to talk about him everytime. Jon's the best!

God, I can only pray that he is secretly making even just one more song. The impact that his music had on us when we needed it most can't be overstated. Love you Jon!
My sister first introduced me to Jon back in 2015 with the song luxury she was trying to teach me how to actually listen to what a song has to say rather than listen to a song for the beat and it worked, jon bellion is truly in a class of his own. he's cooking rn fs
Edit: bro I sent this comment 2min in and just finished you changed my whole view on this guy man and reignited my love for him. really cool to see how he impacted you aslwell. great video great quality great work definitely worth the sub
This is a great vid, I have been a huge Jon stan since 2018, and I am so glad to have found out about him! He is such an amazing person, most bands just put out music people like, but Jon's whole being is amazing!!
I agree Mark, incredible guy
got to know him in 2018 as well.
I feel like Cautionary Tales encapsulates Jons story with fame. He's definitly my favorite pop artist and has gotten me into more classical music since really discovering him back in 2018. I also love how open he is about his faith. This is a great production and ode to a musician who is truly the realest of deals.
I literally never ever comment, I had to make a CZcams channel just to be able to, lmao but I was listening to Conversations With My Wife by Jon Bellion and this video came up. I can’t even like describe happy this video makes me. Like you’re right, he literally has his own genre. His music got me through the end of middle school and freshman year because his music was just such a safe place. Like my former friends would get annoyed because of how much I listened to his music. Thank you for making this video it makes me so happy to know someone else has been impacted so deeply by Jon Bellion.
That’s really cool, I appreciate you stopping by
Me fuckin too man I remember the days vividly. When very few people knew who Jon Bellion was. There I would be thinking to myself how good his music was. He really got me through 8th grade and high school.
He is a great example of what happens when you are so deep in the craft. Music builds itself. It's magical. You lay down some drums, some chords and suddenly you go into automode and it just flows. It's all there, the entire song is right there. Our brain is capable of creating entire songs in seconds and zhen just lay that shit down, cause once that spark is gone, you can't remember it. Autopilot in and let your brain do It's thing, no interruption just focus on what your innere self want to do.
It's so fascinating. I have a list of voice messages on my phone with a entire list of songs that I beatboxed. It's like a snippet of things that can exist, but don’t do now.
Pure magic.
I
Bro that’s so true about the in the moment thing. I get an amazing idea and I instantly have to do something with it or write it down or else (like you said) the spark just isn’t there.
8:23 "In that moment when my voice is cracking and it's not perfect, I felt like I was really singing for the first time"
As an aspiring musician who's really self conscious about his voice and hard on my myself when it's not just perfect or I can't hit a note I want to, that's a really inspiring and freeing mentality.
Jon Bellion is one of the few artists that I still listen to from when I was in high school to now. His music still resonates with me and I’ll always be thankful to have his songs to listen to.
I had a friend who was a huge fan of Jon Bellion and saw him in concert. My friend passed away however so Jon’s music to me is a throwback to the good ole days
Beautiful ❤️ may your friend rest in peace
I discovered him, going down a rabbit hole of music production tutorials and suddenly there was a making of of his song simple and sweet. It wasn’t so much the music - that too - but his pure love for the music. I think his „tutorial“ had some of the if not the biggest impact on me. It was not so much the things I learned as it was a spiritual awakening, seeing someone with this pure joy, creating musical magic. Thanks for this video. It reminded me of him (and it was a very beautiful introduction to his incredibly healthy attitude towards the art and the business).
wow, have never heard of John, thanks for the intro. incredibly talented, that voice is like silk.
I just say I'm really glad that you used the behind the scenes of guillotine for this video, imo it's his best song and the bts for it really shows his process and how personal this is for him, watching that song go from a simple beat box to a full fledged dope song is amazing and I highly recommend anybody reading this to go and watch the full video if you haven't seen it already. What really funny to me is I saw this tik tok guy who listens to artists full discography and he considered Jon as just another pop artist and called him over rated, it just goes to show not everybody actually listens
I would have to say too many things about him, but i will limit to this: From the moment i discovered Jon, i never came back, i was not the same anymore, at first i heard his music and already fell in love, but after some months into him, i started LISTENING to them.. started to get goosebumps and getting emotional to the words he says, started to see myself in some songs and since i have few but really good friends, it's been really easy to present him to them. My brother gifted a ticket for the only concert he ever done in italy and it was priceless being 1 meter from him to check if he was real ahaaha, he is... i am really grateful to listen to his music, that his music is now 90% of the music i hear the entire time and i never get tired of it... Grateful to not be alone in this, i believe we all have something in common, love you guys :) p.s. My brother didn't know him at all, but when he came to the concert with me, he was amazed by Jon's entire show and recognized his talent very quickly despite him being older than me and having a huge background in music.
Thanks allot youtube for suggesting me this video...
Loads of love from my side bro for making this video.
I appreciate it too. Thanks youtube..😂
bro you nailed everything in this video. freshman year was also the year i found jon. i can’t go places without remembering how i went then in freshman year while listening to jon. no other artist has had such a lasting and intense effect on me like him. thank you so much for making this and reminding me.
Of course bro, appreciate the love. Thank you.
Dude, not sure how you got all that footage etc. but just want to applaud you for working so hard to create something so special and highlight someone who is so alive and following their TRUE SOULS PURPOSE. We all can learn from that, and you should be so proud of yourself. I was glued to your vid. 🙌🏻💥😎
Hey, thanks for the kind words man🤝
Awesome job once again bro. 💥
I discovered Jon Bellion in 2014. When The Human Condition dropped, it changed music for me forever. Jon Bellion is the greatest of our generation.
His passion and happiness during the craft made me to go back to play on the piano and create my own pieces. Also he helped me in my darkest, deepest, lowest dips in my life. I am so greatful to him. My personal hero
I didn't know about Jon. He sounds like a one of a kind person. This video is also very good, I like the way you explained Jon emotionally not just how his story goes but how you feel about him yourself
That was the plan🙏
Jon has truly saved my life 1000 times over. I listen to him everyday faithfully for the past 7 years of my life. I hope he knows the true impact he has on his fans and the people around him.
He's up there among my favourite artistes, musicians, creators. What I love most about him is his process and his childlike approach to creativity an example of that is at 6:38. How happy he gets when he stumbles on a brilliant idea/lyric. That's genius to me and it's inspiring.
Thanks for making the video
Thank you for the video. Ever since the first time I heard his music back in 2016, he has been my favourite artist. The power of his music, it's uniqueness, the feeling it sparks in us, it's something you hardly find in a song, let alone an entire album like Jon's. I remember listening to his music everyday on repeat, he was, like you said, a sort of company. I grew up and as i did many things changed, but not the love I have for Jon and his music. He is music's hidden gem, enlightening the musical experiences of those who are lucky enough to come across it. I only hope I one day get the chance to meet him.
It was great hearing from someone who has had a similar passion and relationship with is music as have. I see you have only just recently gotten started with your youtube channel and I wish you all the best.
I look forward to watching your future videos.
Greetings from Portugal!
Fantastic man. Thank you for stopping by, and for the wishes🤝
Years ago when I worked in fast food, one of my co-workers started playing "Hand of God" on a Bluetooth speaker late into the night shift. I couldn't quite make out the song, but I piqued my interest enough to go listen to it on the way home in my car. After giving it a thorough listen I knew I had to listen to the whole album. "The Human Condition" is not just an LP. It's an experience (as cheesy as it sounds). Every song is excellent, and tells an individual story, that's also part of a whole story that culminates in that final song. Also "Guillotine" was a favorite of myself and my then gf that summer.
To witness him feel music is truly an experience. Its like you somehow feel him experience it and you've just "heard" music for the first time ever. It's indescribably profound..
You're right though, I've never heard of him. And he's fuckin' proud of that. Because you can't actually begin to know him through any other medium than his craft. I swear, The great communicator chose JB to be it's messenger! Funny how after 12 minutes, I'll never just listen to music again...Thanks so much for this, brother!
Stupid Deep is my all time favorite song. You the man, Jon.
his behind the scenes videos completely rewired my view on music. i’ve been a fan for over 9 years and enjoyed witnessing this man creating his art.
Yo, I love video essays and Jon is my favorite artist of all time. And I have probably watched every piece of content possible on him. But I just stumbled across ur video so thanks for making it means a lot to those of us waiting for him to drop something.
Appreciate you watching 🤝
This is real music, it's soulful, it's human and it's made with honesty and passion. It's beautiful
Literally crying through this man. Great job highlighting a great artist.
Jon Bellion with out a doubt is the most talented person in music as we know it today. Its crazy to think almost everyone knows a song he has been a part of but yet knows nothing about him, or in fact of him. I've been able to see him a couple times live, once opening for twenty one pilots and I personally thought his performance was better and Twenty one pilots are amazing live. He has a T-shirt he sales at his shows that says Money IS NOT the key to Wealth, and that has stuck with me because its so true. So thank you Jon for everything you do for each one of us that listen to your music daily.
As an artist I needed to hear this sooo badly. 🙏🏾
My favorite artists of all time are the Jonas Brothers! And to have an amazing and super talented human being such as Jon, work on their upcoming album!!! I have NEVER been more excited in my LIFE!!!
The enthusiasm!
One of the only 3 creatives i connect with.. Thanks for this clip man...
Hey man, great stuff! I also made a Jon Bellion video essay and I was surprised by how similar our videos were (lol we used a lot of the same interview clips and "making of" clips). There's this idea, called multiple discovery, where two different people can think of the same idea independent of one another - without having had influenced one another. From one fan to another, I enjoyed seeing your take on Bellion's work.
Also, they're both about 12 minutes long!
That’s funny man, I’ll check your stuff out. Appreciate you watching🤝
This is the number of people hoping that Jon releases another album
vvv
Been listening to this man since 6th grade. All of his music and the way hes came up has effected me so severely. his personality and his joy and his creative process feels like its rubbed off on me and shaped my own.
Didnt want the video to end awesome seeing him work with others. Glad he helped you out man. I've got his stuff on repeat myself. Keep your head up bro.
Wonderful video essay! Inspired.
Thank you SO much for making this video, I’ve been a daily Jon Bellion listener for around 6 years, and his music means the world to me. I’m not religious, but the way he sings about religion with all of his heart and soul is the closest thing I’ve ever felt to finding it myself. He can’t be pinned down to one genre or style, nor should he be. I also have a lot to thank Jon for and you took the words right out of my mouth ❤️
Side note (and a testament to how much he cares about music), I saw him live and he told us that he plays his songs a different way at every show because that’s what his favourite band did for their concerts and he loved the concept. It’s incredible to watch him basically improv his own music PERFECTLY in different ways and styles. If you ever get a chance to see him live, you absolutely should!!
I'm From the Philippines, and I always plays Jon Bellion Since 2018, His music helps me too with my anxiety and keeps me grounded truly music is a form of healing. Hope he releases more songs in the future.
The first content i ever seen of my boi!!! great music this man makes!
Very well made video my friend. Beautifully articulated. Well done.
Always loved his passion, you can feel it. Even as a 12 year old I appreciated all the shit he put into "human condition" album, I could hear the emotion, the beautiful vocals and cinematic elements that all came together in the final song
I heard guillotine back in 2017 and immediately liked it. Dove deeper into his music and just found so much more to love and not only listen to, but to experience because so much of his music feels like it resonates with some raw emotional part of my being. Thanks for the amazing works.
I found his songs in the first lockdown. His album the hand of God is my fave. Every single song
Great video. Very inspiring.
i love the fact that my favorite artist makes music for specific people, like myself. and also just is so musically inclined that he can write hits for big name artists without anyone knowing. his passion is always there and he won’t ruin it with the “fame” that people desperately want.
I've listened to Jon since The Definition dropped, something I always liked about him was that he is an artist for the music first and foremost. Fame and fortune are among his last priorities. He's stated that he wants to keep growing and reach more people who will connect with his music, people who appreciate the little details he splices into tracks, but _never_ wants to become someone as well known as Justin Bieber or Drake.
enlightening video, looking forward to more to come - keep it up
Watching his mini documentaries always helps me find passion in what I do or even how I should look at anything in life in more complex/critique way.
Jon has been my favorite artist since middle school! He's so raw and spoke to me in a time where I felt like no could. So I know you may not read this, but thank you Jon. Your my hero!
Jon Bellion is one of my all time favourite artists, because you can tell even through his music that he truly enjoys what he's doing. You can feel the excitement and the process through every song, an example is Dead Man Walking and you can immediately tell that they had so much fun making that song! His music is absolutely phenomenal.
Great video man, and big up to JB
thank you for putting this video out brother. It Ignited something in me.
stupid deep made me cry
I went to college with this guy. Constantly saw him in the Upbeat Cafe. But I was too in my head and insecure to approach him and find out what he was about. I've seen his star rise from afar and been proud of him. But it's now, hearing how he *feels* for music and hearing his heart on fame and success, that I realize; I may have missed the chance to meet my best friend :'( Here's hoping we reconnect one day, Jon!
That’s so cool bro, Hoping you do!
the best yo ever do it. From TTS to GSP💖
Yo I felt your heart in this video, nice one man
"i never wanna be famous, stop calling me underrated"
Jon Bellion is the best Musician of the world ❤

I actually thought AJR was Jon lol very similar style honestly both inspired by kayne west
Beautiful video. Thanks man ❤️
Glad you liked it!
jon bellion has gotten me through so many roughs times and i couldn’t imagine where i would be in life without his beautiful, breathtaking, amazing music. one of my life goals is to meet this man and sing a song with him, and just give him a hug for everything he’s done.
Don't let my soul drown in luxuryyyyy
Man, there are thousands upon thousands of artists like this. Jon loves music and it feels human, yeah, but so do so many other artists that will never see fame even close to what he has. Fame has nothing to do with talent anymore. Oftentimes it's the opposite of what it should be; the famous don't love music like the non-famous.
Real
Amazing video man, thank you for sharing your passion and sharing your greatness to the world. Please never stop sharing your love for music.
this video is so amazing, thank you so much man. That guillotine clip is so insane I’ve never seen it before❤️
Who’s everyone’s favorite music artist?
KANYE WEST
KANYE WEST
Mike Patton
AJR and Jon Bellion!
Jon Bellion 100%
I get like physically upset that we don’t actively get more music from him sometimes but then I remind myself that this is what he wants. He TOLD us in cautionary that if he got too big for his sanity to handle he’d step away. Man of his fucking word. Love this guy to death I swear to god he’s part of a handful of people who have changed the way my heart and mind perceive the world around me.
Really beautiful video man. I'm glad I came across it
Great video man!
