- 👉 In this English Pronunciation lesson I will teach you the two different ways to pronounce the Letter N in English (/n/ and /ŋ/), and show you how to master the pronunciation of the N when it is at the beginning, in the middle, and, at the end of words. We will also practice the letter N with some really fun Tongue Twisters which will help you to speak English quickly and easily!
👉 After that we will learn about the SILENT N in English, which is common when the letter N comes after an 'm'... (e.g Autumn)
👉 At the end we will look at some SUPER FUN 'N' Tongue Twisters.
👉 The Letter N can sometimes be confused for the letter L by some learners of English because of the similar mouth positions, so make sure you practice all the words in this lesson and my lesson on the letter L (here: • English Pronunciation ... ) until you can clearly pronounce both sounds.
👉 This lesson has CHAPTERS so you can SKIP to the part you need to learn most.

It's so useful that you clearly describe N sound . N in the beginning sounds like "N" in Chinese Pinyin. while N in the end is kind of like Chinese Pinying “en”

You are the best language teacher I have ever seen.

Thought of asking you to make lengthy videos because all your videos are very useful, informative and not boring at all in any point, but please Take care of yourself sir ❤️ your eyes seems to be so dull, take adequate rest 🙏 thank you so much for your wonderful service 😊❤️ from India 🇮🇳.
Thank YOU for sharing this video with us. For me, it's quite challenging to produce this sound (n with an umbrella upside down) as I'm from Brazil (South America). Any way, I will keep practicing it!!!
Thank you teacher! Byebye

I think my English pronunciation has been improved since l found you😀
I noticed when you add -al to the end of autumn or even column, it changes the umn entirely which I find that quite interesting

Great lesson! I have a question. Can we say, the letter "g" is silent in words such as song, King, ring etc. (As it isn't pronounced)
Technically I believe it is silent yes. BUT we have to be careful because it depends on what word comes AFTER these words. For example. In 'sing' the 'g' is silent. BUT, in 'sing about' the g is actually pronounced because of something called 'connected speech' in English. (sounds more like sin-gabout).
Hope that helps! Have a great day!
@@EasyENGLISHwithJames Thank you

Brilliant lesson as always.
I would say nyu tritious
So the u says it’s name not it’s sound. Nyou tritious.
I have seen all of ur video. But didn't find the IPA notation. So please make a video on IPA notation of sound.

Thank you for your lesson! It is very helpful
Hi
❤️🙏
Merci beaucoup!
❤
Insha Allah i am continue efforts

Dear teacher I need to start the beginning so how can I start
I personally recommend beginning with the short vowel sounds…
czcams.com/video/DIWkl9HcGy4/video.html
Then the long vowel sounds..
czcams.com/video/RmxByBumXxg/video.html
After that, try the diphthong vowel sounds..
czcams.com/video/lI3xTvwYsa8/video.html
then after that you should begin with my video about the letter A and work your way through the alphabet..
czcams.com/video/LjrhyKV6ALQ/video.html
Hope that helps! Have a great day Mohamed!
