Hottest Bikes Of Red Bull Hardline Australia 2024

Red Bull Hardline Tasmania is in the record books as the first Hardline event outside of its Welsh home.
Conditions this year were, as expected, very different from those in Wales, but the course was certainly no less gnarly and HARD, with even the world’s best struggling to tame it.
Such a race requires some special equipment, and the riders' rigs are definitely some of the stars of the show.
We take a look at the nuts and bolts of their bikes and setups, including some pro-only prototypes and paintjobs.

I´ll have to go with Louise Ferguson. She´s an absolute trooper. Two hard chrashes in finals and still kept going and sending those giant jumps.

Pinion should make a custom gear box for high pivit DH bikes that has a zero gear/ neutral so there's no pedal kick back

The G3 does not have any pedal kick back due to the high idler placement.

Even if they would do that they would still need an idler to get rid of pedal kickback when pedaling. However you could change the position of the idler to better suit pedaling. But no idler just wouldn't work if you then apply any power even if by accident

Great bikes, great video.
The only thing i really dislike is the optic of the Suntour forks. They may be really great forks, but i hate the grey coating. It ruins every bike. Would be actually a no go for me to buy

That Mondraker is the old model that Dunne was given to race at Hardline (and a day late).
