This house is built on a 1.5 kanal plot not 2 kanal, the plot is odd shaped and not straight sided. For those asking about area , 2 kanal in Bahria Town Rawalpindi normally measures 75ft. x 120ft. So it’s 9000 sq.ft. Real Estate industry use 225 sq.ft. Per Marla so that makes it 40 Marla i.e. 2 kanal this despite the fact that according to tradition in Rawalpindi district a Marla should be 272 sq.ft.
225sq.ft Marla only applies in Lahore.
That aside this is typical of the misrepresentation prevalent in this industry the world over but especially Pakistan.
The fact that this is not 2 kanal can be verified by the fact that in Bahria Rawalpindi 2 kanal plots must leave 10ft spacing both sides and 20ft at the front, which this house clearly does not do.
Arm yourself with the facts before attempting to purchase property in Pakistan.

Rightly said but i guess in bahria they use 250 not 225. 272 sq.ft is followed in the city not in society. In islamabad all new society are marking their plots on 225 sq.ft.

No doubt this is stunning and beautiful house Masha Allah.I want to have this as well.But not all the desires are fulfilled in this world.But we can achieve much better in akhra which will stay with us for ever (never ending life for ever) not like for only max 50 years then moves to others.

Unless you get some inherited land or you have links in government where you can buy a plot where a road nearby is planned. And on the top those ultra rich builders takes enormous amounts of profits which shoots the price of market to sky.

Aisa ghar agar mumbai me hota to kya hi price hoti. Humlog to 1 bhk flat bhi afford nhi karpate yaha mumbai me.
Beautiful house, good price my only concern is too much traffic once its all built that would cause excessive noise and smoke from vehicles. Wall around is like prison no outside viewing from ground floor. Unfortunately Pakistan is very unsafe so houses ends up like prison.
