The part about puberty meaning the kid dissapoints the parent and the parent dissapoints the kid is so true. Of course looking back as an adult I had no real reason to be disappointed in my father but as a teen I saw no other choice but to be. Being a teen really messes with your head.
I feel like Seth Meyers is one of the few hosts that can keep up with Sandra Oh's energy and intelligence. Very refreshing to see.

The point is not that both are accurate. The point is how women and WOC are described - do you choose to use a powerful description of their accomplishments or a slightly less powerful/wishy-washy one? Saying "golden globe winner" is much better.
As soon as he said "emmy nominated" I wondered how she's never won the award. So anyone who doesn't know her too well will see her as a "nominee"-level actress not a "winner" level actress.
Sandra Oh is a titan of her craft + def rolled 21 on Charisma + Intellect when she was doing up her base character stats.

@@graceh4670 You don't really have anything productive to say either. Watching 'Killing Eve' can be hard when she has sex with good looking guys that don't put a bag over her head prior. This just doesn't wash in the real life. I am 70 years old and still have never witnessed such a TV stretch.
