here we show you how to load a 75 round drum magazine. pretty simple but time consuming process! gun ASMR brum mag dump AK 47 #drum #callofduty #mw3 #mw2 #shorts #magazine #ak #ak47 #howto
Wow, looks just like the one... uh, a "friend" bought at a yard-sale a couple months ago for 20 bucks. He doesn't even know what it goes to but hey, 20 bucks! 😁
Pair with the tetanus rifle for a +20 poison damage -20% recoil item set bonus Negative draw back set debuff -40% reload speed +10% to weapon malfunction rate
That's like the old musician joke: Bunch of guitarists at an audition for a band, and one of the judges comes out to the waiting room, "who knows how to tune a 12 a thing guitar?" *everybody raises hands* "who wants to do it?" *everybody puts their hands down* 😂😂
@@Apoc_Bone_Daddy I get that. It's like cleaning a complicated actioned rifle, like a full teardown of a lever action or something. It's just kinda cathartic.
My mosin has trouble with steel. The old surplus rounds seem to expand in the chamber and makes extracting/ejecting difficult. It's fine with brass and new steel. Just sucks I can't use the surplus.
Was about to say the same thing, in my head I was like "these damn Ukranians and their massive balls, just giving no fucks about handling land mines again" them and Russians just not giving a fuck about explosive caution.
That's only 70 rounds. 5 rounds go in the neck of the magazine. You're supposed to back spin like you did, THEN load 5 in the first section, close the drum, wind 2 clicks (which pushes the 5 in the neck), then open and load like you did. 😉
@@TheRealCaptainFreedom You have a whole keyboard full of letters. All of those letters can be used to make words. Those words can be used to form sentences, thoughts, questions, etc. Maybe next time try putting more than a single piece of punctuation.
@@TheRealCaptainFreedom You're actually supposed to feed 5 in, not just 3 (that's why lokuajc said 5). If you check stavesmith2518's comment here, he elaborates a bit more.
My younger cousin got one 75 round drum for his akm, the one time I got to load it I was goofing & making it spin (it was empty) & didn't think/process that it would yank back full throttle & almost janked up my fingers 😅 had head empty moment
That's just how Ammo, Inc ammunition comes... They throw a bunch of crap in a box, call it "remanned" and sell it cheap. It's trash, I fell for it... And I now have 400 rounds of junk that might be better of thrown
i doubt reloading a box magazine would be much more expedient under fire drums aren't used because they are bulky (even when they are reliable, such as these AK ones)
As a non-american who has never actually seen the inside of a drum magazine, i didnt realise it was essentially organised chaos in there. I never thought much harder than 'must be a spiral load in there'
Y'know as much as I know about guns I never knew drum mags looked like that internally, honestly thought it was just one real long spring going round and round
I bought one of these over 30 years ago. It’s a Chinese 120 round drum for an AR in 5.56. I paid about $85 Last I looked them up to show a coworker what I was talking about I was astonished to see they were no longer available and selling for $675 used now.
No wonder grandpa had PTSD! He had to reload this thing while they were under heavy attack. I can only imagine he started reloading before the enemies arrived, and finished after the entire squad were down and he was captured.
The Thompson machine gun may have some great fire power forwards time but after seeing this man, it must’ve been a pain in the ass to reload right before the battle
I got an East German made one you can load them and it doesn’t matter how long because it’s not under tension until you wind it up and then it’s rock and roll time lol !!!!
I always had feed the bottom of the magwell to fill it up first then I’ll make sure my follower is all the way back and add a little tension reopen cover and load it down. A couple extra rnds never hurt.
The funniest thing about this was, I seen all the steel cased ammo, and thought "wow, nice tula ammo" and lost it he dumped it sideways and seen the many different rounds
Another rusty drum mag video for those who loved the last one!
Please, at least wipe it down with one of those oiled gun cloths. 😢
This is why I like my top loading Romain rpk mag
Wow, looks just like the one... uh, a "friend" bought at a yard-sale a couple months ago for 20 bucks. He doesn't even know what it goes to but hey, 20 bucks! 😁
The rust is triggering me, even as a non-gun-guy (I like them, I respect them, but I have never touched them).
Is that... green gunk on the ends of those rounds? Dear God.
Tetanus drum: deals +5 poison damage per shot
25% chance to inflict user with poison when reloading
😂😂😂
You can equip poison resistance gloves to neutralize any poison damage you take reloading.
Fun fact, Tetanus doesn't come from rusty metal, but bacteria.
Pair with the tetanus rifle for a +20 poison damage -20% recoil item set bonus
Negative draw back set debuff
-40% reload speed
+10% to weapon malfunction rate
Good thing rust doesn’t cause tetanus
“Who wants to shoot the drum mags?”
Everyone raises their hands
“Who wants to load em?”
Everyone lowers their hands
That's like the old musician joke:
Bunch of guitarists at an audition for a band, and one of the judges comes out to the waiting room, "who knows how to tune a 12 a thing guitar?" *everybody raises hands* "who wants to do it?" *everybody puts their hands down* 😂😂
Nah, I enjoy loading them.... It's therapeutic IMHO....
@@Apoc_Bone_Daddy I get that. It's like cleaning a complicated actioned rifle, like a full teardown of a lever action or something. It's just kinda cathartic.
Exactly. That and smelling cosmoline as well as products like Hoppes No. 9 is just heavenly @@connorhart7597
@Apoc_Bone_Daddy When you're getting shot at, its not therapeutic
Two types of ammo mixed together just adds to the chaos I love it.
Both are steel, the brass looking one has almost like a wax protectant on the case. Mainly for guns that don't like steel.
That how Ammo, Inc rounds come. Got the ammo can of 9 mm, and there's 5 different types of cases and 3 types of primers....
Realistically you’d be loading 4-1 ratio down to the last 5 rounds with solid core and every fifth and the last five rounds tracers anyway so 😂😂
Remember folks if she cant take the steel she dont deserve the brass.
Mine could but I use only brass anyways for reloading my ammo
man shut
I'll keep that in mind
My mosin has trouble with steel. The old surplus rounds seem to expand in the chamber and makes extracting/ejecting difficult. It's fine with brass and new steel. Just sucks I can't use the surplus.
“Gotta be handy with the steel if you know what I mean…”
thought it was a land mine 😂 (edit) holy thanks for 2k likes❤
damn I thought the same shit
I mean if you hit it hard enough.... 😆🤷🏾♂️

Lmao I thought so too my heart dropped 😂
Bro got the misc. ammo from fallout new vegas
That misc surplus ammo😂
Just some Barnaul and Tula. Both Russian could even be same factory
Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter
😂 This comment is legendary.
That shit they give the NCR troopers up Camp Forlorn Hope 😂😂
The first time I saw a drum mag being loaded I was actually surprised by how obnoxious it seemed to be to load lol
I think it’d still be easier than trying to load a 30rnd mag by hand. I like the way they just drop in and all you have to do is wind it up.
Them drum mags would always cut my fingers 🤣
Same lol now I use gloves
Well I hope it wasn't a rusty ass drum like that one
@@kentpelham4152 Nah it was a pretty new one lol
Anyone else think he just casually tossed down a land mine for a second 😂
Not really. 90% of the time on youtube, you get what the title says. But i would have thought the same if i didnt read it.
How about a “how to perform corrosion treatment and corrosion prevention on your gear”
A little corrosion never hurt anyone
Pretty sure that thing is well over 50 years old
"ItS aN AK dONt nEeD nO cLeAninG." 6 months later posts pictures on Reddit crying about corrosive ammo damage.

That's exactly right. I have 3- 75 rnd drums and 2- 100 rnd drums for my NHM-91 (civy RPK).
Wd40 white lithium grease. Works the best.
Switching to anything is faster than reloading your drum magazine.
And thisbis why standard straight mags are used. Olus you can carry three of them for every one of these.
You should feed 3 more rounds before you start feeding for full capacity 😊
?
5.

Even after I’ve seen it reloaded, I still can’t wrap my head around how it works.
Damn, lack of maintenance. Schobel would revoke your liberty for rusty equipment.
Me watching even though i neither have a gun, nor a drum magazine
For a second i thought it was a can of forbidden tuna

Mans think everyone got a drum magazine sitting around the house
Mixing your steel with brass? You're a mad man
All steel cases, different lacquers.
@@ZM1306Yeah, checked it and seems like standard eastern 7.62x39 is steel cased. I'm used to seeing brass variants
@whiteloafbread
Ooof.
The price of x39 brass is Ouch!
That's why I only have ever seen the box... the price tag repells me.
That's just how Ammo, Inc ammunition comes... They throw a bunch of crap in a box, call it "remanned" and sell it cheap. It's trash, I fell for it... And I now have 400 rounds of junk that might be better of thrown
Gotta stop dumping the ammunition boxes
Relaxing? Yes... if you are not taking heavy enemy fire
i doubt reloading a box magazine would be much more expedient under fire
drums aren't used because they are bulky (even when they are reliable, such as these AK ones)
That’s why they use belts or long boi mags
You dont reload magazines with loose bullets in combat
You dont even carry loose bullets
@@ValentineC137 it may happen if your strongpoint gets attacked
I thought it was a landmine for a moment and actually flinched.
Have you been blown up through a phone or computer screen before?
The only type of asmr I enjoy
As a non-american who has never actually seen the inside of a drum magazine, i didnt realise it was essentially organised chaos in there. I never thought much harder than 'must be a spiral load in there'
When he first dropped that drum mag, I thought it was a landmine. Lordy Lordy!
Immediately thought of that Aperture Science vid: "We fire the whole bullet!"
Damn looks harder than it looks, good stuff
Remember switching to your pistol is always faster than reloading a entire drum mag.
In many cases, _manufacturing_ a pistol is faster than reloading an entire drum mag.
Y'know as much as I know about guns I never knew drum mags looked like that internally, honestly thought it was just one real long spring going round and round
Rusty drum with corrosive ammo, a classic
Does dumping the ammo out like that make it more shooty?
Indeed it does, its also convenient
It gives more potential kinesthetic energy
Wow, I just learned a whole lot about drum mags. I thought all the bullets would spiral outwards in a line...like a spiraling row all along
Alittle oil and oooo steel wool would work nice
THAT'S THE MOST POWERFUL WAY TO START ASMR
I used to think that the rounds in drum mags were contained in a spiral shape, like someone had rolled up a really long box mag
Would love to see how it actually works/feeds. Interesting the diferent types of places there are in the drum for the bullets.
"What kind of ammo do you have?"
True AK user: "Yes."
"Oh drat, I'm out of ammo"
I’m so glad I wasn’t the only who thought it was a land mine
No wonder these are mostly reserved for SAW or MG roles, and why box magazines are still important
changing to your pistol is faster than reloading 💀
These drums are great.
You load on Monday and shoot til Sunday.
People forget how heavy it’s going to be after adding all those rounds.
I bought one of these over 30 years ago.
It’s a Chinese 120 round drum for an AR in 5.56.
I paid about $85

Waldo it’s a 100 round drum for an ak-47 style rifle 7.62.39 stay in the books hidden.
Отличнейшая палцерубка-если во время стрельбы случайно взяться за барабан-Спасибо тебе Томсон!!!
Томсон здесь при чем, если этот магазин от рпк.
With this, the iconic thompson submachine gun is technically a revolver.
So that's how the mafia reloaded their tommy guns😊
No wonder grandpa had PTSD! He had to reload this thing while they were under heavy attack. I can only imagine he started reloading before the enemies arrived, and finished after the entire squad were down and he was captured.

Soldiers clearly had these drums already loaded prior to going to the fight
Keep the hard work moving forward
i think this drum already experienced the world war lol
AK drums are surprisingly one of the easier drums to load.... Looking at you magpul D60.
This was better than I imagined
Those clips pop harder than my toolbox
thought that was a old landmine until i read the description

That was really satisfying am I the only one??
nope
Awwwwe! Look at all the little freedom seeds ready for planting!!!
You know, for the longest time I thought you had to load each round individually, while winding it up like a toy soldier
I first thought it was a land mine 😂
Da! That's how a comrade loads a drum. After that you load your drum with vodka to celebrate 🎉🥂.
Woow nice drum mag , pain to reload yet happy triggrr fingger 😂
Legit for a sec thought that was a landmine
"Rattle 'em boys!"
At first I thought it was a land mine💀💀💀
Cool! Is that drum mag super old? What era? Fascinating engineering on it.
I want to see you load every round on video. I need it. I NEEED ITTTT
Have fun with your AK. I need to get out to the range myself
I thought that was an old anti-tank mine for a second and thought this man has some brass ones slaming it on the tailgate like that.

I didn’t know what that was at first so I thought you just went “boop” to a landmine lol
Keep it looking gnarly. It ads character.

imagine trying to load one of these like a standard stick mag
I flinched so hard lmfao
Ever hear of oil? It’s this new thing that helps prevent rust. You should look into it.

Thanks, I was getting late for school 👍
I’m done reloading!
War’s over, dude.
