It's a mod called Long May The Shadow Reflect, it's buff for boss and us, you can see isshin can out storm of lightning, we have One Mind and Umbrella added more slashes, it's look like a balance buff.

Those post-mikiri air slashes feel _really_ weird since they're just... random attacks appearing in the air when the enemy is just standing there.
I guess you can see it as a anime thing, kind of how they slice through someone and multiple cuts show up later? Idk

In normal game fire sword requires flame vent and 'skill-living force'.
But in this mod, elemental umbrella also can do living force on sword.
