Dear Prof. I have an experience in a pump station where the signal to the pump goes out of range up to 18 psi instead of 3 - 15 psi. This situation brought about the pump shutting down on out of range signal. How can we correct the out of range signal in the Centurion Plus Panel in an out of range signal of up to 17 psi in order to start and keep the pump running until a stable I to P is achieved? A suggestion was given to input -3 as min and 15 psi as max in order to keep the range between 0 to 15 psi of factory setting on the Pump panel, but that did not work. Please advise what is the standard practice to operate the pump when there's high signal to the pump. Appreciate your sharing of knowledge.
