How are people even biting into hard foods with braces,I can barely even bite into soft cheese or bread with mine! Of course I’ve had them less than a month,but still.
I just broke my bracket this morning eating weetabix 😭
I couldn’t bite into hard food during the first month or two, but now I can bite into anything and everything!

But here's the thing i didnt got my braces, only brackets two days ago🙂i didnt done anything all i know is i woke up looked at the mirror and one bracket is missing, i think a eaten it tho🥲is that will cause any problems?
it wont cause any problems in your body, and the dentist will most likely put the bracket back without you needing to pay extra money. The first times of having braces are hard, stay strong💪🥷
